I tell you I have been going through hell with these neighbors and all they can tell me is it's the pipes I'm not hearing the noise from no pipes like they said . I have been living in this apartment almost a year and never ever heard a pipe tapping or making any type of noise. So, now I'm crazy, and I'm hearing things. You don't know a damn thing about all this if you don't sleep in my apartment at night so you don't know what the hell is going on, you take everyone's word, if their lying you just go with the flow. I come home and all I ask for is peace without messing with me, you don't know anything about me, this is an everyday occurrence and waking me up out of my sleep at all times of the morning being disrupted and disrespectful, they have no proud and no matters either. I will never recommend anyone to live here. I didn't sign up for the shenanigans I been getting and I'm not about to let someone silence me either, if you come for me and I didn't call you, then you get what you put out. Now you can call me crazy all you like. But I'm well as I can be glory hallelujah. Don't ever tell me what's going on in my house not unless you walking in my shoes. The only thing I did not like is that they do not take their shoes off or wear boot covers when walking inside the apartment. They have a nearby man made lake that I like to go for running. Their gym facility is decent. I like their little pool area as well. Parking space is ample. Although at nights I would just have to park in the back which isn't a bad spot either. I went through hell when I first went into the door of this place because for one bedroom it's not at $1,300 these people are charging $1,400 and above and it's not really worth it out here in the country of forney with no amenities. REALLY. WHEN I WENT IN VIEW ONE OF THE UNITS THERE'S spiders, and big bugs everywhere. Of course being a New foundation this may take place until they exterminate. Now I know what the complex is going to stay far as their comment behind this. Yes I did not get approved for this place but they also stole my $200 and told me that it was going to be refundable / 150 of it if I did not get approved. Now they're saying because it's been over 48 hours I cannot get my 150 back which they only suppose to kept $50 for the application. Ok let's talk about this third party cosigner they had for me. They are called the Guarantors they wanted to charge me over $2,000 plus dollars for them to co-sign for me and it still wasn't a guaranteed that I was going to get in the unit. They stated by the time I get ready to go ahead and do everything which was going to be on the 18th they wanted to do my income all over again. Remind you my application has not been open for 30 days so the income will remain the same rather if I get paid bi-weekly or weekly nothing has changed it would just be a waste time. Look these people just played me for my money they tried to make it like I was emailing them being upset. They are trying to charge me over 1000.00 for carpet damage. To protect myself- I took a video of the entire apartment right after I finished my FOUR HOUR deep cleaning - including shampooing the carpet. The video shows no carpet damage. Definitely not over 1000.00 worth. The photos of the damages sent to me could not be seen unless the carpet was pulled up/ which of course I couldn't do. More importantly -Due to downsizing, I had "house" furniture in an apartment- meaning almost every inch of carpet ,aside from very minimal walking space , was covered with large furniture. There is no way MY family of 2 is responsible for damages that soaked through to the under padding in areas that was completely covered for 3 years by furniture... in areas we couldn't even walk let alone spill. The carpet was not new when we moved in, that was obvious based on the black lines (also in video and initial walk through checklist) that were present outside the 2nd bed and bath. Add another 3 years of my living there- and now I'm being charged for "new" carpet when I didn't even have new carpet upon move in OR make the damages to this one! When a resident's guest complies with the registration requirement but accidentally enters one incorrect character--with no option to edit or correct the submission--the response is immediate and costly: the vehicle is towed without any attempt at verification. Your response does not address that discrepancy, the lack of safeguards in the registration system, or the other maintenance and safety concerns raised in my review. It simply redirects responsibility to a company acting on your behalf. That response reinforces the exact concerns expressed in my original review."

Rather than addressing the ridiculous mandatory fee, they somehow managed to create yet another way to charge residents. It's honestly impressive how every "solution" seems to come with another fee attached.
