I tell you I have been going through hell with these neighbors and all they can tell me is it's the pipes I'm not hearing the noise from no pipes like they said . I have been living in this apartment almost a year and never ever heard a pipe tapping or making any type of noise. So, now I'm crazy, and I'm hearing things. You don't know a damn thing about all this if you don't sleep in my apartment at night so you don't know what the hell is going on, you take everyone's word, if their lying you just go with the flow. I come home and all I ask for is peace without messing with me, you don't know anything about me, this is an everyday occurrence and waking me up out of my sleep at all times of the morning being disrupted and disrespectful, they have no proud and no matters either. I will never recommend anyone to live here. I didn't sign up for the shenanigans I been getting and I'm not about to let someone silence me either, if you come for me and I didn't call you, then you get what you put out. Now you can call me crazy all you like. But I'm well as I can be glory hallelujah. Don't ever tell me what's going on in my house not unless you walking in my shoes. The only thing I did not like is that they do not take their shoes off or wear boot covers when walking inside the apartment. They have a nearby man made lake that I like to go for running. Their gym facility is decent. I like their little pool area as well. Parking space is ample. Although at nights I would just have to park in the back which isn't a bad spot either. When you walk into the building if it has been raining the floors are so slick you will fall if you are not careful. The ceiling is pealing and falling down but they won't do anything about it. More importantly -Due to downsizing, I had "house" furniture in an apartment- meaning almost every inch of carpet ,aside from very minimal walking space , was covered with large furniture. There is no way MY family of 2 is responsible for damages that soaked through to the under padding in areas that was completely covered for 3 years by furniture... in areas we couldn't even walk let alone spill. The carpet was not new when we moved in, that was obvious based on the black lines (also in video and initial walk through checklist) that were present outside the 2nd bed and bath. Add another 3 years of my living there- and now I'm being charged for "new" carpet when I didn't even have new carpet upon move in OR make the damages to this one! Your response does not address that discrepancy, the lack of safeguards in the registration system, or the other maintenance and safety concerns raised in my review. It simply redirects responsibility to a company acting on your behalf. That response reinforces the exact concerns expressed in my original review."
