I love the community here, the events the staff organize and the amenities. The only issues I have had so far are with the parking so just make sure you have your parking sticker on your vehicle. They do not register your license plate info and use the stickers as markers of validity when patrolling for any violations. 2024 Update - still here and happy! read more

Many apartments call themselves luxury when they are the furthest thing from it, but Olympus Woodbridge absolutely deserves the title. From the staff to the community, some of the friendliest people we have met. The amenities are fantastic and the units themselves are beautiful with jacuzzi bathtubs and modern appliances! 3rd year here and it's still the same from when I moved in. Great community and maintenance still great with getting requests resolved fast!

It's the little things that carry a huge impact. Olympus Woodbridge gets it right every time. I enjoy the on-site food trucks and the activities and food offered in the clubhouse. This is just normal for them as they always find ways to give back to the residents here. I appreciate the lawn being well kept( weekly service) and around the trash dumpsters are clear. We are in the process of having the buildings repainted so it has a fresh look. If you need a place to call home this is it, but only if you want a awesome staff and maintenance team who are friendly and helpful. I could go on, but I suggest you come take a look for yourself. This is the best location that I've seen here in Dallas, There is not one day that I have seen an unclean area here and our maintenance are the very best. I can tell you that even our mailroom is sparkling clean and to se that surely says a lot about our maintenance department and office staff. When I say'Service with a smile' plus always a perfect attitude. We just had our Thanksgiving dinner on yesterday and it was so nice and our turn out was fantastic, so much food that we were offered second and third helping. Look no further, here is home! Love living here. Very nicely taken care of community and they are great at fixing anything needed right away. Very safe place to live with great people. They host wonderful events for the residents and don't just forget us after move in. Mail system, dog control, and pool cleaning is great! Gated community with free carports. The apartments are beautifully made inside with great detail and nice appliances. The gym is the best gym I've ever seen at an apartment. Loved the staff, loved the unit, just got denied due to my current landlord who is an individual being a jerk and not wanting me to leave to go anyplace else so he gave a false review of my rental history. The property didn't listen to an explanation nor did they care, I was really upset until I started reading these reviews. This review is based off us trying to get a tour of the complex. I do not live there thankfully. Maybe people of color with disabilities aren't welcome there, as that is the way THEY made it seem. When we arrived, only the workers who were working on the floor they are fixing or renovating were in the office. There was a sign that said the staff was out on a tour. Ok. We didn't mind waiting until someone came back. While waiting for the leasing agent, someone delivered a package to a back room. A male employee walked in, walked right past us, rushed into the back room as if to make sure we didn't go back there, and walked out. He never spoke or acknowledged us but seemed concerned that we would walk back to where the package was. I make more than him and his staff combined. I don't need to steal a package and I'm not a thief. Against our better judgment we said we would come back when the leasing agent was back. As we were getting into the car the leasing agent and a potential resident (I assume) drove up on a golf cart. We walked in to see if we could schedule a time to come back. No lie- we stood there for about 7 minutes and the employee never said a word to us. Not one. Never said she would be with us in a minute, looked our way, or anything. She did speak to the man who dropped the package off who walked by us again. I don't want to play the race card, but as an African American female with a visible disability, who was completely ignored while someone else was acknowledged, I call a spade a spade. read more

This is the best community I have ever been a part of!! It is quiet, has manicured landscaping and my townhome is gorgeous!! The maintenance guys are working constantly!! I never know where I will see Steven.... He's everywhere.... If I'm working out, I see him already checking grounds, cleaning pool, sweeping... Etc... I am a neat freak and my environment is super important to me. I want to feel like I am on vacation everyday, not just 2 weeks throughout the year!! I love the layout of this place however the walls even in the townhomes are very thin. You can hear everything. On top of that, if you are even 5 days late with your rent, they began charging you a daily late fee. My rent went from 2700 to almost 3100 in less than 10 days. It was the most stressful situation I had been through. They don't respond to any of your emails so you can talk through the issues and my payment center was disabled on my account so it would be difficult for me to resolve the situation. Me and my fiance have lived her for almost two months but so far everything has gone great! Looking for apartments during a pandemic is not easy but they made it super easy! Move in process was very simple. We had an issue with the A/C the day we moved in and on on July 4th and emergency maintenance was there in no time to help! Love the pool area its shaped like a lazy river a lot of space to space out during this time. Appliances are great and its nice to have hardwood with a dog! Nigie answered every question we had prior to move in and was very helpful showing us the apartment online! I really recommend this company and apartments! read more

I have lived at Olympus Woodbridge since January 2017. I find the staff caring, friendly and accommodating. The maintenance crew responds quickly and professionally. The apartments are beautiful and I consider it home. With so many people, you are bound to get some that don't care about their surroundings which leads to occasional litter and noise, but on the whole its been amazing. It's true that the parking can be a hassle if you have more than 1 vehicle, or if you have visitors, but its better than it used to be. This is the worst place i've ever lived. You won't be able to find parking by the time you're done working a 5am-7pm shift when you're just ready to be home and relax. by the time you do get home, the only thing you're gonna be hearing is the loud neighbors above you who have absolutely no regard for other human life. oh, and if you even want to contact the office about your issues, GOOD LUCK. they never pick up their phones and they NEVER return your calls after you've left a voicemail. you have better luck contacting the head office in fort worth for any sort of communication. oh and their towing system? they don't pay attention to it. if there's someone parked in the designated residents parking that are uncovered then they will not do anything about it. even though the parking is for residents only, they will not do anything about it. absolutely ridiculous. we have a 1 bedroom for the 2 of us which means we only have 1 covered parking spot. by the time my boyfriend gets home he has to park AT WALMART sometimes because it's so bad. he can't even park at his own place where we pay $1100 for an 800sqft box. the maintenance people are great and the pool is nice. that's about the only 2 things i can even think of that are good about this place. other than that, it isn't shit here. read more

DO NOT move here!! Anyone who visits you will have their car towed costing you at least $300. Parking is run by third party so the people who "manage" the property just play dumb. Very small signage at the entrance, just enough to cover their rear ends. It's specifically designed to be confusing as to where you can or cannot park. It's sad but it's true and if you think I'm exaggerating, feel free to ask anyone here, they almost certainly know someone whose been towed. The slimy, bottom feeder tow truck drivers troll the parking lots every night like clockwork as they know it's easy pickings. read more

We signed a short term lease while building a house. When we needed to move out early, Olympus made it very expensive to break the lease so we decided to just pay out the final 3 months. We vacated the property, cleaned the unit and left. Our contract stated we would receive $650 refund in deposits. Much to our surprise, Olympus GOUGED us on our final water and utilities. We paid $70 per month in usage when we occupied the unit, and they billed us over $120 per month once we vacated. So we only received a small portion back on the deposit. This is pretty unethical in my opinion and would not recommend this property to anyone. read more

We have lived here a little over a month and so far it has been awesome! Community is nice, staff are helpful especially during the corona virus was hard but Nigie in the front office made it happen. Maintenance were very helpful/fast when one of our lights messed up and even greeted us on move in day. Moving here was the worse decision I ever made. Yes the grounds are nice. The apartments are average. But the office staff is is so bad. The only thing they do well is lie. They tell you things are done but it's not. Getting light bulbs changed takes at least a week. When the sink is stopped up. They give you a plunger. Then say Do you know how to work this. Once again I'm writing to beg you guys not to move here. These people are the WORST. I'm thankful and blessed that our lease is now up and this brings me right back here. These mother*ulcers got 1,500$ total from both me and my sisters deposit before moving in. Tell me why they charged me and my sister $333 to move out. What was the deposit for then? Anyway my brothers cat stayed with me the last night to keep me company while I cleaned and scrubbed floors walls everything. The next day the management went in trying to say that our last day was the 29th and not the 31st ( our last day ) luckily we had proof but what good does it when big mouth boy wants to tell and say I have a cat. I do not have no damn cat. So they charged me a fee of $100 for an unauthorized cat which is reasonable. But what is not reasonable is a $279 charge for a new carpet due to " pet damage ". These fools will charge you up the ass anywhere and anyway that they can. I got my carpet professionally cleaned and it was in great condition so no way $300 worth of pet damage is real. Especially when there was no pets. These assholes saw a cat and took their chance. Sadly I didn't take a picture of my carpet so that I could solve this issue. But point in conclusion: all Olympus Woodbridge cares about is taking you're money. They think that because you live in " luxury " apartments you're rich. F=uck that and *uck them. Living at Woodbridge is amazing! The pool area and outside lounge areas are always clean and looked after, which is great when we have guests visit. I lived in a 3bdrm town-home, paying $2,300+ a month. I was fined almost monthly for sitting my trash out before I went to work. So I had to pay for services that I didn't use, taking the trash out myself to the dumpsters to avoid a fee. I was in the non-smoking units, which became smoking, due to the tenants that refused to follow rules and a management staff that avoided to do their jobs. I had an issue with my dryer that wasn't actually the dryer, but the low voltage coming from a broken dryer outlet. I asked for reimbursement for the repair guy coming out to fix the issue, after several failed attempts by the maintenance staff, but one of the managers told me that she wasn't going to reimburse me because of "company policy". I asked, "what policy", I didn't see any policy referencing this. She then said "my policy". Are you serious? So we are making rules up as we go now, huh? In addition, there was always something broken or wrong : Gates that won't close or are broken, pool not opened, gym not opened, can't watch the TV's in the gym because they are not working, can't get access to your packages, odd office hours, so you can't use the clubhouse etc, etc, etc. Why would you close at 5 or 6 pm? EVERYONE IS JUST GETTING OFF OF WORK. The only good thing I have to say about this place is that they look nice and the schools in the area are great. If it wasn't for that, and that I was about to go through a divorce, I wouldn't had given this place a second look. Don't you give this place a second look!!! I paid $1800+ just to break my lease and to buy a house, where my mortgage is $1400 a month. I was still being charge for services even though I WASN'T LIVING IN MY UNIT!! They killed my deposit, which I still haven't seen the remains of it yet (4 months later)! If credit is an issue let me know, I know people. I will help you just so that you can avoid this headache. I loath this place and the incompetent, deceitful, management staff here. STAY AWAY! read more

It sucks seeing the bad reviews people are leaving on this apartment complex, I know everyone has different experiences but our experience with Olympus has honestly been so great I'm surprised. Rent is a little high, but where is it not? They provide a tanning bed, a pretty decent sized gym, a pool, splash area for kids, grills, and they even have events ever so often with food provided to guest. They provided us one covered parking spot. Every time we put in a maintenance request because of a light bulb (which by the way was the only problems we've had here is light bulbs going out) they came and fixed it really quick.
