I'm honestly really impressed with this place! They got a few different variety of car washes. From the basic one to the pretty smack dab fancy ones. Don't forget to check in as you get $1 off on any of the car washes! I love that they give you a little moist towelette to wipe down your dash board before you enter the car wash. Haven't seen any other car wash do that before. A lot of standard car washes you have to drive yourself through but this one is like a large conveyor belt your car is parked on and it moves through for you! Very bad car wash it took 16 Minutes just to get to paying machine and 22 min to get out car wash .This is definitely not an express wash it took too long for an express car wash by any mean. I tried to call the car wash attendant to take care of older gentleman that he's unable to process his car wash through the machine and no one answered My phone call however a person showed up after three minutes to take care of the problem. It was very difficult to use your coupon code during this ordeal. Sooo...if your car is actually dirty, this may not be the best place for you. My car, sadly, was left with multiple spots of dirt that I had to manually wipe off. It is nice that they have vacuums available, except that maybe I'm a bit bougie and would rather have someone vacuum for me. I recommend bringing your own towel to wipe off the excess water in the door frames. The only downside, and it's no at the venues fault, but they only have two kiosks to pay so if you have someone ahead of you who's slow then it adds to the wait time and the line backs up. UPDATE 1/24/18: Went after 5pm on a Saturday and noticed a line. Getting closer to the front of the line to pay, there are signs notating that there are late-night discounts after 5pm-closing. Score! $15 for $12 was nice. Love this place. Lowest wash is $6. Their brush system cleans off dirt and soap MUCH better than the touchfree washes at Mobil. If I get a medium to higher priced wash and for some reason or another some stuff doesn't come clean off my car, they will let me drive through a second time (as long as they aren't slammed). Love the spotfree dry because of the type of water they use! Some days a free mini bottle of water has been given to me. $1 microfiber towel to dry the odd spots. Keep it in my car for oil and fluid changes now. Vaccum is FREE! Great suction power. If one hose is not working they come and fix it immediately. Trash cans next to vacuum hoses to empty your car trash into. They are emptied often. Area is kept clean. read more

I noticed a few scratches on my car after the first wash but didn't think much of it. I continued coming and boy was I lucky the first time. Every time I've come since the wait is extremely long. I've had people cut in front of me while waiting for a vacuum. That area is not well regulated. This is my second and last month with a membership. My experiences seem to only be getting worse. After reading and seeing reviews I've paid more attention to scratches on my car. After getting a wash today I've noticed 2 significant scratches that have ruined the paint on my car. Also, the dry function does not work well at all. A lot of manual drying needs to be done. After lifting the trunk of my car to vacuum, I noticed soap in the crease of my trunk.
