The tutor suggested tutoring via zoom to my Client. I told the tutor I didn't want tutoring services via zoom and that's not what I paid for. She told me that she would not be providing services in-person unless her supervisor told her she had to. I called the supervisor and haven't been called back. I'm not clear why the employee of the company feels they are in a position to changes services with a minor and not first consult with the person that paid for the service and signed the contract. Completely outrageous! She tried to tell me she agreed he needed in-person tutoring but felt this was a good way to build rapport. This is completely maddening. Especially when I can't get a timely call back from said "supervisor" on the issue.

She selected Anna, a wonderful and experienced instructor. We are SO pleased. Anna really enjoys her time with my son, and we adore her. My son is not only getting instruction in math, but Anna is also getting him organized and helping him establish study skills. I had no idea what to expect. This was our first tutoring experience, and I'm so glad I stumbled across Club Z's information online. There is something MUCH better out there, folks! She has also gained more confidence, her instructor is very positive and encouraging. They are extremely flexible with hours/scheduling. I can always text them for a quick and easy communication rather than calling and playing phone tag. After every session I get an e-mail with notes from her instructor sharing what they covered in the lesson and how it went with a list of things she did well and things she can continue to practice. Also, the sessions are easy to use and set up, it's just a link to click in an e-mail instead of downloading or installing Zoom or any other platform on the device. If I want them to cover any specific homework assignment, workbook, skill or even state testing practice they incorporate that into the session for us. I would highly recommend them!
