I am already planning on using them during the summer so that our daughter doesn't lose much knowledge in that time off. She told me that she would not be providing services in-person unless her supervisor told her she had to. I called the supervisor and haven't been called back. I'm not clear why the employee of the company feels they are in a position to changes services with a minor and not first consult with the person that paid for the service and signed the contract. Completely outrageous! She tried to tell me she agreed he needed in-person tutoring but felt this was a good way to build rapport. This is completely maddening. Especially when I can't get a timely call back from said "supervisor" on the issue.
