The Valencia one used to have a lot of good teachers during summer but I heard the teachers got worse after the original ones left. Go to the Valencia one if you want to be in a more relaxed environment. If not, then go to the Northridge one to actually focus and reach higher.

Jay and Caleb's advice, knowledge, and experience about the college application process have helped me through a confusing and difficult time. Most of all, my conversations with Ms. Vyt have always brightened my day, encouraged me to think, and (yes), have greatly helped my application shine through its first drafts. In only two weeks, Jason helped raise my son's score by 5 points -- enough to meet the requirement. He went above and beyond, making time to work with my son as often as possible and providing focused, strategic support. My son was fully committed, and together they exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, on the day of the test, my son came down with the flu and had a 102-degree fever, so he was unable to take it. Even so, Jason and his team absolutely delivered on their promise and proved that the goal was within reach. For that, we are incredibly grateful. She is very hands on and is an amazing teacher. They are allowed to be children and explore the world around them. They do gardening, play in the mud, and many outdoor activities where they can learn through play. The children are taught values: how to be kind and respectful, how to be a good friend and of course academics. The smaller class size means that your child will get better quality of education versus a class of 29 in public school. After my 4th child graduated kindergarten, it was a no brainer for me to enroll my 5th child at Rise and Shine. My 5th child has learned and grown so much since starting kindergarten! He developed love for God and enjoys praying and reading his bible before going to bed. Don't be fooled though, the academic portion of the kindergarten class is really challenging and at the end of the day your child will surprise you with what he's learned in class. We really love Teacher Jeannie and Rise and Shine. I have nothing but praise and gratitude for them. Even if you have Teacher Jeannie as your teacher, you will feel that the school has a family atmosphere. Every one knows your child by name and truly cares. My only regret is not discovering them sooner with my 3 older children and I still pray that they open up elementary classes! That would be the dream!

But it is so difficult…read moreto explain the peace and the gratitude I feel every day to be able to drop my 13 month old off here at Tiny Thinkers and know for a fact that he will be well cared for. My little guy started here at 5 months old when I was a very nervous first time mom and from the very start, the entire staff was amazing. Being able to trust the daycare that is watching your precious baby is so unbelievably essential. Every time I drop him off or pick him up, I can feel that they genuinely care about him. My husband and I always look forward to hearing about how his day went from the wonderful staff. Huge shoutout to Ms. Georgette, Miss Michelle, and Miss Toni.
