I scheduled my Hi-top pro master camper van for service at Mann today and it was an amazing…read moreexperience. Scheduling was easy and precise. I arrived early and they took me right away. The price was fair and better than other local dealerships. I interacted with several representatives in the service department, who all communicated extremely well, kept me updated, were professional, articulate and generally cared for the welfare of its customers. I was pleasantly impressed and enjoyed hanging out there today. I look forward to my next service appointment and my compliments to the superlative staff at Mann. I'm taking all of my business here. Thanks guys!

If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would…read more As an Active Duty Soldier for the past 18 years, I have purchased vehicles in countless different states and in another country, but this dealership and the experience I had here is by far the worst place I've ever bought from. What started out as a great car-buying experience quickly turned into an absolute nightmare. I traded in my vehicle and since the dealership calculated the wrong payoff for my trade-in, they required me to pay $400 out of pocket to completely pay off my existing loan. I left believing everything had been finalized. To make matters worse, the very next day after purchasing the vehicle, the battery was completely dead. I had to get a jump-start and ultimately replace the battery myself. Unfortunately, I had driven two hours to purchase the vehicle, so returning to the dealership wasn't a realistic option. Obviously I bought the train "as-is" so didn't expect anything but that meant another $200 spent. After six weeks, I still hadn't received a statement for my first payment. When I contacted my bank, I was shocked to learn that the dealership had never submitted my new loan paperwork. My loan application had expired and was closed because nothing had ever been processed. My bank had contacted the dealership multiple times but they were left with no luck. The worst part wasn't the mistake--it was how it was handled. When I contacted the dealership, they seemed completely unaware there was even an issue. Their response was essentially, "We don't know what happened. Sorry, you'll just have to apply for another loan." That meant another hard credit inquiry, the possibility of a higher interest rate, (which it in fact did go up) and additional stress because of their mistake. When I expressed my concerns, I was simply told, "That's not our problem." As my temp tag was expiring, I went to the DMV to secure my KY plates. When I arrived, the receptionist told me that they never received the title from my bank. When I called me bank they told me that the Mann Dealership didn't pay off the entire loan and there was still a balance due before they would release the title. I then made the rest of the payment over the phone so I can drive my truck since the temp tags expired the next day. Really frustrating that once again, their mistakes led to me paying out of pocket to fix things. Mistakes happen, but accountability and customer service matter. Instead of taking ownership and working to make the situation right, they pushed the consequences onto me. Between the dead battery the day after purchase and the complete failure to process my financing, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I cannot recommend doing business here. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, I strongly encourage you to think twice.

I had them installed and then took the used defective parts back to AutoZone. The idiot checking me out rang everything up and the refund that showed up on the credit card reader was $15 less than what I had paid. I questioned him on the amount, and he had no idea why there was a difference. He was wearing a gray shirt so I assumed he was a manager. The receipt states CSR # 22. The poor guy needs some training. I asked if he had a calculator and he said no....1) hes standing at a computer, 2) im sure he has a cell phone, 3) im sure theres a calculator in the store. I had to walk out to my car and get my cell phone in order to have a calculator to use. All this guy wanted to do was argue with me, but had no idea why the total on the credit card reader showed a significantly less amount than what was paid. I decided to proceed and signed the machine so that I could look at the receipt. Tax is not included on the amount that shows on the credit card reader, and this gentleman who I believe was a manager had no idea that's how it works. It would've saved him being nasty to me and quite a few minutes of my time if he had been trained properly. It's Richmond Kentucky so I wouldn't expect a whole lot more than that. Drive to Lexington and avoid the idiots in Richmond.
