Second, they did a top-notch job on the repairs, which included replacing brake pads and rotors. When an additional problem was found they communicated it well and explained what needed to be done and exactly how much it would cost down to the penny. Third, they completed the repairs incredibly fast. They were able to get my car back on the road by close of business on Friday when I wasn't expecting it back until well after the weekend.
