Should have listen to my gut because the tech said he didn't even know there were filters in the vents. Took it back again, they decided the lines needed flushed and replaced the thermostat. Keep in mind, my heat worked until I had to have them replace a water pump. Problem still not fixed over $300.00 later. Took it back again. Yep, they know exactly what the problem is. Part is only $50.00. Labor is $250.00. First of all, they should never "guess" what the problem is and second, I feel that I shouldn't have to pay for labor because of thier "guesses".
