Dr. Evans was absolutely amazing. From our first visit, he took his time, never rushed, and explained everything in a way that was clear and comforting. His calm and patient demeanor made both my daughter and me feel completely at ease. It's rare to find a provider who not only excels professionally but also genuinely cares--and Dr. Evans is one of those rare gems. I also have to highlight Sara, the front desk receptionist. Her spunky, kind, and welcoming attitude from the very first phone call is what made me choose Waterford for my daughter. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and respectful throughout the entire process. Her warmth truly set the tone for everything that followed. But what touched my heart the most was after the procedure. As a mom, seeing your child go under anesthesia is terrifying. I was anxious, and I knew my daughter was too. But when she woke up, the first thing she said was, "Mom, I felt so comfortable in there. The lady gave me a warm blanket and held my hand the whole time." The front desk staff are friendly. They waiting room is roomy the parents are no longer sitting right on top of each other there is elbow room. The older kids like it here. Also, they did well with my little one, and when he didn't want to do x-rays they did not try to torture him and tie him down.

Only certain teeth were flossed, no brushing was performed, and a few teeth were scraped. This was not the first time this has occurred. But, when the office called to confirm the next appointment, I was informed that i wouldn't be getting the implants at that appointment, just a regular cleaning. This appointment was scheduled more than three months ago with the implants to be done before I went out to town at the end of the month. Of course, now, it's too late to get the dental work done anywhere before I leave. And, then there's the surprise price tag, never discussed at the initial appointment, for a service I wouldn't be getting until some mysterious later date. I'm so disgusted. I wish I had seen some of these other reviews before I went there. A lot of wasted time waiting for a service I wasn't going to get.
