They were nice and the area was nicely decorated. I noticed the seating area was fairly small with only 2 useable chairs. When I got called back the dental assistant was really quiet, having to guess what was going on. The dentist was nice asking me along the way how things were going. I noticed a cold sensation on my front two teeth, whenever I was uncomfortable I said something about it to the dentist. Then the dental assistant smacks me saying "you should've said something girl". Feeling like this was very unprofessional I forgot about it. Whenever the fillings were complete I was waiting for the dentist to give me a mirror and ask how the teeth look. When the dentist leaves, I am left guessing if I'm done or not, with no one really saying anything until the assistant comes back in and says "oh you are done wait in the lobby for your paperwork". 5 days later I'm eating popcorn and my tooth chipped again.

Dr Campbell is very knowledgeable as well. He's always checking to make sure you're okay during whatever process. Fast forward to the day of surgery, they make a driver come with you and stay during the entire time of surgery. You're given instructions orally as well as written instructions just in case. After that, I don't remember much of anything until I woke up again. A few hours after surgery Dr Campbell personally calls you to make sure everything is fine. You're also given his cell number beforehand in case of emergencies after hours. I did however have complications with my removal due to the tooth being so close to my nerve. Because of this, the staff made it easy for me to schedule a follow up multiple times and though I was concerned, Dr Campbell's knowledge of the procedure put me a little at ease by letting me know that sometimes the healing process takes time and this case was rare. I'm just always the lucky rare person unfortunately. While I'm still not fully healed, I appreciate the urgency to respond to my concerns and great customer service.

I'm not upset about this as I am a lawyer and I understand that a second effort to smooth out the bone is very probably necessary in some cases. The healing of the bone in some cases may leave rough spots on the bone where dentures will not fit ideally. The staff and Dr. Ormeni were excellent. I think this is a good medical provider and I highly recommend this facility and specifically Dr. Ormeni.

They started by removing four crowns on my right side and placing temporary caps. I was told I might have pain in my upper right molar and may need a root canal, but instead my lower right molar caused severe pain. The pain was so bad I could not sleep for about a week. When I contacted the office, I was prescribed antibiotics and pain medication, but I did not feel comfortable returning. I later went to another dental office because the pain was unbearable. That office performed a root canal and helped address the issue. I also asked that office whether the crowns on my left side needed to be replaced, and they told me no. I then sought another opinion from a third dental office, and they also said the crowns on my left side did not need to be replaced. Based on my experience, I am very concerned about the recommendation to replace all eight crowns and the amount of pain I experienced after the work began. I have never experienced that level of dental pain before. I would strongly recommend that anyone receiving a major treatment plan here get a second opinion before moving forward, especially for extensive crown replacement.

I spoke to the front desk clerk and she claimed to not have taken the call. I explained what happened and what should have been a simple fix, the tooth wasn't broken Just a veneer that came out. It was just excuses as to why I couldn't be seen, what is the purpose of saying you treat emergencies if you can only see you doctor......and then they are not there. But the worst thing is for the receptionist to tell me "well you can always wear a mask" and laughed. How does that constitute care and concern, is that what good customer service is to your facility? Horrible, inconvenient, and not patient friendly!
