Just heard them harass someone about them not leaving a review. Be careful as "policies" change depending on their mood. I had to threaten to leave because they said it was against policy to allow me to be with my child (who is a minor and autistic) during a cleaning. Very predator behavior. Then during the appointment the dental assistant kept talking about it while over my child. Mind you, before the appointment a husband and wife were able to go back together- zero issues. I've seen several times since only children being told to come back alone. Protect your kids! It's weird to allow adults to accompany one another but not allow parents to accompany a child.

Was able to book a fast appointment when my daughter complained of pain. When I arrive to my set appointment , we were greeted and our wait was no longer than 15mins. Was also able to make appointments ahead of time and receive text reminders. They also work really well with kids with special needs. And use the best plan of care.
