My son is autistic, and dental appointments have always been challenging for us. We've struggled to find an office that could accommodate his needs and help him feel comfortable without a difficult time getting into the chair. Cheira immediately recognized his needs as a patient and gave him the attention, care, and compassion every child deserves. Thanks to her, the appointment was stress-free, and we were able to get in and out without any issues. I can't thank Cheira enough for making such a positive difference in our experience. We truly need more workers like her. Thank you so much, Cheira!

This place has changed so much after the new owners, the front desk staff is constantly changing. I've continued to have frustrating experiences with this office, and unfortunately, it's become a pattern rather than a one-time issue. There are consistent delays, poor communication, and a lack of accountability from staff. I've had problems during my children's routine cleanings as well as with billing and insurance. Each time an issue comes up, it's made to feel like the fault is on my end rather than theirs, which is both frustrating and unprofessional. At our most recent visit, today, we arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment and still were not seen until over 40 minutes later. No one communicated the delay--we had to go up to the front desk ourselves to ask what was going on. Once again, we were given a vague excuse and a weak apology, but no real effort to improve the situation or keep us informed. It shouldn't be the patient's responsibility to repeatedly ask for updates or clarity. Communication and respect for patients' time are basic expectations, and this office continues to fall short. I'm disappointed and honestly tired of dealing with the same issues over and over again.

House Of Smiles...!!!!! What a fantastic experience!!!…read moreDental issues for years thanks to genetics, combined with being the unfortunate passenger in a drunk driving accident, had left my teeth in not the best condition. 8 dentists in 8 years thanks to military moves along with horrible treatment from most have left my teeth compromised in multiple areas making it difficult to eat, smile, laugh or speak with confidence. Horribly painful treatments, splints, multiple dental implants, facial implants, sinus lift and other facial surgeries since the accident has also left my nerves in the face overly sensitive, making novocaine delivery difficult and painful. Needless to say, my fear of the dentist is severe brought on by not very successful, and often painful treatments in the past. I cry every time I think of the money I've spent so far on shoddy dental work. Dr House and his staff were understanding, respectful, accommodating, gentle and best of all... They FIXED the issues that 2 other dentists in the last 5 months couldn't fix, and at a fraction of the cost other dentists had quoted me prior, including finding a way to have most covered through my insurance, which I was previously told couldn't be done. Not only didn't they try to push treatment plans that didn't fit my lifestyle or necessity, but they showed me options that I didn't even know existed along with finding a deep cavity under a crown margin that could have turned into something ugly in only months. His office was clean and bright. Run proficiently and professionally. Over all, from a woman who has sunk tens of thousands into correcting my mouth, I consider myself a professional dental patient and Dr House has been hands down one of THE best dental experiences I've ever had. There is much to be said about a clam, welcoming atmosphere to someone who is petrified of the dentist. His demeanor and calm attitude is infectious throughout his staff. I truly recommend this office to anyone who has experienced unpleasant dental visits along with being nervous and apprehensive about their treatments. The worst thing I can say is that it's a shame I didn't have this dentist years ago. Could have saved not only my natural tooth surface, but my bank account. Fabulous work from everyone! HIGHLY recommended!!!!

I called Dr. Brandt's office at 8AM this morning and they had him in the exam room by 9:45am. After they examined him, they promptly came up with a treatment plan, and managed to work him in by 11:15. We were able to get everything done on the same day, as a walk-in! The staff was extremely polite and very helpful, they answered all of my questions, and even called this afternoon to check on him and make sure he was doing alright. Aside from the wonderful staff, the atmosphere is amazing and 100% child friendly. They really helped to make what was sure to be a disastrous day not so bad.

I decided if we didn't need a crown, we will just get a filling. I brought her in for her appointment to do the crown and filling and they did back x-rays while she was under anesthesia because she wouldn't allow them to do them before. She had an additional 4 cavities between her teeth that the x-rays revealed. They were small cavities easily fixable with fillings but they highly recommended crowns because of the amount of cavities she had and she is prone to them. I went ahead and agreed to that against my better judgement and not having but 2 minutes to think about it. Now she has 5 capped teeth that are all silver and her gums are really red and bleeding in those areas. I regret agreeing to the crowns. I know this was my choice but everything I've read about this suggests doing crowns on teeth that are not fixable with a filling or are broken or decayed. Her teeth are not like that all. I'm so upset and disappointed in this children's dentist office that she has this much metal in her mouth and they put it in her when it wasn't necessary to do so. Parents, do your research before making any decision like this that your child will have to live with for a good part of their life!!! I wish I had!! To top it off, we left her iPad there on accident because I was so stressed and no one turned it in so someone must of stolen it. How sad!!

They started by removing four crowns on my right side and placing temporary caps. I was told I might have pain in my upper right molar and may need a root canal, but instead my lower right molar caused severe pain. The pain was so bad I could not sleep for about a week. When I contacted the office, I was prescribed antibiotics and pain medication, but I did not feel comfortable returning. I later went to another dental office because the pain was unbearable. That office performed a root canal and helped address the issue. I also asked that office whether the crowns on my left side needed to be replaced, and they told me no. I then sought another opinion from a third dental office, and they also said the crowns on my left side did not need to be replaced. Based on my experience, I am very concerned about the recommendation to replace all eight crowns and the amount of pain I experienced after the work began. I have never experienced that level of dental pain before. I would strongly recommend that anyone receiving a major treatment plan here get a second opinion before moving forward, especially for extensive crown replacement.
