The receptionist and the check out clerk were kind, friendly and informative. They contacted and had everything ready for my insurance claim. But the most kiddos goes to Brittany, the hygienist. This was the most thorough x-rays, exam and cleaning I've had in a long time. She was so sweet. She listened to this old woman prattle on. I did stop while the cleaning was being done. My teeth haven't felt cleaner in a long time. I must confess it's been four years since seeing a dental hygienist and I've had some good ones, but Brittany is up there with the best. I highly recommend this clean, well taken care of office and the staff!

It was just excuses as to why I couldn't be seen, what is the purpose of saying you treat emergencies if you can only see you doctor......and then they are not there. But the worst thing is for the receptionist to tell me "well you can always wear a mask" and laughed. i really like this place! i hadn't been to a dentist since before covid happened and i had my son,…read moreabout 2 and a half years ago. they didn't make me feel bad about it and established a care plan i was comfortable with. i had to get some periodontal cleaning done , since my gums were bothering me and i have a history of gingivitis . they took my health insurance (united concordia) and i only had to pay $65 out of pocket. the first time I went for the initial exam , I had a panic attack. the staff did not make me feel bad at all, they brought me water and waited until I was comfortable to move forward . They were all very comforting in my time of need. The second time I went back, i got my procedure done. they numbed me and I had no issues. I am going back this week for a routine cleaning. They all have gentle hands and great personalities. I now no longer have to go to the dentist in fear because I know I am in good hands.

They were incredibly rude and unprofessional, would not answer any of my questions, and the manager even put her hands in my face. I will never be stepping foot in this building again.
