If I could give zero stars I would. I spent THOUSANDS of dollars on a periodontal disease lab with…read morethem and they keep rescheduling my cleanings due to not having a hygienist. I am supposed to have cleanings every 3 months and now haven't had a cleaning in over 6...so back at square one with my mouth health. Take your hard earned money somewhere else.

The administrative staff are always polite and engaging but that's the nicest thing I can say about…read morethis office. I feel like I'm dealing with a crooked office. They over-charge me all the time. I have to constantly tell them to stop adding extra unnecessary treatments to my plan. You know, $50 to rub fluoride on my teeth. $30 to spray mouth wash in my mouth. BTW...those were literally the prices that I had to remove. I have to ask for what they're doing in writing before I get in the chair to make sure they don't add all these extra expensive services that I don't need. Not only that, the actual services I agree to are over-charged and I don't find out about it until my dental claim comes through letting me know that the office owes me money. They never tell me they took extra. I have to call to ask for a refund for my money. This has happened to me 3 times already. It doesn't make sense. I ask them if they price their services like the stock market and she had the nerve to ask me what billing code I gave the insurance company... I corrected her and reminded her that submitting billing codes was their job not mine. The last time I got a cleaning, the dentist broke my tooth and left me with a significant chip on my tooth- literally a new hole. When I called and told them I had a new chip on my tooth... she told me that it must be because my teeth are cleaner so it feels like the gap is bigger.... I was like, nope, I am looking in the mirror at a missing piece of my tooth. I asked to schedule an appointment to fill the hole, and she said, I had to schedule an appointment to look at the hole and then I could schedule an appointment to fix it... I was like... so, you need to charge me for two appointments to fix the hole the dentist gave me? I'm done.

I wish now I had read the yelp reviews first because I had the exact same experience as so many…read moreother one star reviews. I moved to the area about a year ago and had not been in to get my teeth cleaned since moving here. I was used to going every six months so decided I needed to get in somewhere for routine cleaning. I called them on Tuesday and was surprised to hear they had appointments available the very next day. Some of the other local dentists I had contacted were booking appointments two months out. I arrived on time went through "routine" full mouth x-ray, was moved to a room went through a "routine" full mouth 3-D imaging scan from the dental hygienist. The dentist then came in the room spent about 15 seconds, looking at my photos on the screen never once even looked in my mouth and told me I needed three crowns and a bunch of other dental work. I was then ushered upfront to the business office and was told the total cost for the work I needed to have done was slightly over $7000. I declined and was told that was my only option or I could decline treatment which I did. I was there for over two hours and didn't even get the routine cleaning that I had scheduled an appointment for. I now have an appointment with a highly recommended local dentist about two months out, but I'm happy to wait. This place just really seemed like a total scam to me.
