The lady who works at this PostalAnnex insisted that I pay a $10 service charge to get my package. She told me that FedEx was charging me but the receipt says I paid a mailbox service charge. I prefer to support small local businesses, but this one just lost me as a customer. Beware of the scam.

I was never given a brochure or any further instructions of how to file my claim. After I went online I was informed that I needed to go to the store directly. Therefore, I've made my fourth trip here and again I was told I had to do it online. People should avoid UPS stores as they charge a significant up charge to mail packages that could easily be mailed for much lesser cost at the United States Post office. I will most likely be placing a stop payment on my credit card and I may take legal action to recover the cash amount that was paid up front. I most likely will submit a better Business bureau rating if I do not get my refund promptly.
