She was very nice and totally understanding my frustration with my dirty pool. She reassured me that it will be ok and she was going to send her repair specialist Tim over to my house tomorrow. Tim arrived promptly the next morning and I explained my situation and showed Tim the pool filter. I he quickly diagnosed my problem as being a leaky pipe and valve. He showed me where air was leaking into the filtering system and causing poor circulation. He told me the repair was to cut out the two valves and the chlorinator. He was very professional and assured me that he definitely knew how to fix it. He needed to get parts and would return to my house when his schedule permitted time to do the repair. Like clockwork Tim arrived next day and within the hour Tim replaced all the parts necessary. He turned the filter back on and the correct amount of pool circulation was restored and water flowing and filtering properly. In the time of the pandemic I was shocked how much this company cared and was able to fix problem so quickly. My pool problems are a thing of the past and this company is new choice of pool repairs. I can't say enough great things about the way I treated by Quality Pool and Spa. Laura and Tim are excellent at what they do. Fellow Yelpers I highly recommend them and have them fix or build your pool.

From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. Their pricing is great too! Without a doubt, go with Carter Pools over any other company if you're considering building a pool in the Tampa area. We'd like to thank everyone on their team, especially Jereme, Katie and Jamie who helped us throughout the process. This was our first pool build, so we had lots of questions, and they were very responsive and always approachable, helping us understand our design options and the whole pool building process, even post-construction support too. This level of craftmanship, attention to detail, responsiveness, reliability, and customer care is truly rare and greatly appreciated. We LOVE our pool and our new backyard oasis, thank you Carter Pools!

He had the owner out to look at the problem and he said " this is a common problem here". He blamed the problem solely on him by saying the water was above the skimmer which in turn caused the mortar to disintegrate and left us with what we have now. After demolition of the coping is when we realized the beam cracking was the real culprit here not a pool having too much water which I thought seemed strange being a pool is meant to hold water, it is it's only job. My biggest problem with him is the fact that he was quick to blame before looking into this further. So as it turns out we are financially responsible for the repairs and he just walks away. This is way too big of a problem with contractors in this world today. Just please use this info in your search for your contractor and have documentation in writing as to what you expect from this experience years after the project is complete. Hope this is of help to someone.

Conclusion = Refund pending but I feel so much better about them. 10/07/2025 Sharper Image = I tell them for three weeks in a row before this week that there's algae and it needed to be brushed and treated. Since it doesn't get brushed, algae comes back . They send the same guy who didn't do it properly two weeks before hand to treat it and guess what because it was never brushed now I have more algae. Not to mention when he tried to leave, and I asked him to come back and look at the green and yellow algae on my pool. He laughed at me. All they wanna do is send me a bill for things that should've been covered under my $40 a week, maintenance and chemical charge. And this is how they treat somebody who spent 20 grand ( I must not have spent enough for a little respect) in May and they also know that I'm recently widowed and guess what they don't give a damn! So now I get to pay the new Pool company to do W/Sharper Image couldn't seem to do. Negative stars! Hurt and disappointed.

Larsen's Pool and Spa did a WONDERFUL job with building our backyard pool & spa! From the very…read morebeginning they were very professional and thorough. Our sales person (Dan Meyer) took the time to thoroughly explain every detail to us so we knew exactly what to expect. My husband and I are finance professionals and really take our time evaluating all options before making a decision. Dan was extremely patient with us through the process. We appreciated that the company provided an itemized breakdown of the costs for us so we knew exactly where every dollar spent was going towards. Dan also did a wonderful job creating a unique design for our pool/spa combo. Every other company that came out to give us quotes just drew a basic rectangle shaped pool, but Dan really put time and thought into his design and it showed! We also appreciated that Larsen's provided an all-in quote and would return funds if things weren't needed (like well points), compared to other companies that provided us lower quotes to "win the business", but then said there could be additional expenses. As finance professionals, we like to know exactly how much the project could cost and really appreciated this approach. Once construction began we worked with Jason and things moved quickly! We did have some weather delays, but that was to be expected. My husband is a bit of a perfectionist, so he was constantly checking on the detail of work being completed. If he wanted something changed or corrected, we just let Jason know and a crew was out to make it perfect for us, no questions asked. The level of customer service and communication throughout the entire project was very much appreciated and allows us to enjoy our beautifully finished pool and spa even more. We are SO HAPPY with the final product and the experience we had leading up to it. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Larsen's Pool & Spa to any of our friends and family!
