If I could just cancel the contract at this point I would as I have no faith that it is going to get done right or on time. Then, he was personally involved in installing the panels and all of the associated wiring, and in explaining how the system worked. In follow-up, he has always been readily available to tweak things, like when we changed our wifi network and needed to reconnect to the MyEnlighten system to monitor the amount of electricity being produced. I expect that we will expand our system in the future and add additional features, like a battery pack. Guy & KNS are highly recommended if you are looking to put in solar.
