His rate was less than other shops I got quotes from (by a large margin) since every other shop had a very high minimum charge. Service was extremely quick and I was on my way again. I'll definitely keep Bend Tek in mind when I need bigger jobs done.

I was also getting prices from other places. 2 hours later, my husband called back to advise we would not need the item and he was advised that it was too late, one if us would have to pick it up and pay for it. He advised we would not. Now, I have a collections company threating to put this on my credit rating for the next SIX years if I dont pay them by Friday. I will not.

You phone again in the afternoon and MS confirms delivery. Then to surprise they no showed and completely disrupted schedule and added significant cost to the builder. Don't do it!

I called because of all the positive reviews from google but the reality was totally different. I don't think it is fair for shop make people drive all the way just to say no to their customer. my order may be small but it does show the kind of service this company offers which is poor.
