His rate was less than other shops I got quotes from (by a large margin) since every other shop had a very high minimum charge. Service was extremely quick and I was on my way again. I'll definitely keep Bend Tek in mind when I need bigger jobs done.

I was also getting prices from other places. 2 hours later, my husband called back to advise we would not need the item and he was advised that it was too late, one if us would have to pick it up and pay for it. He advised we would not. Now, I have a collections company threating to put this on my credit rating for the next SIX years if I dont pay them by Friday. I will not.

They were quick and really seemed to know what they were doing, not a lot of time it took me to get what I needed. One thing I really liked is how a lot of their products were on display and you can even see back into the warehouse where they keep all the other materials which is nice if you don't exactly know what you're after you can go in and see what they got. I was also pleased that I wasn't forced to buy the whole length and that they cut it into the sizes I needed, also done very promptly. I wish all companies made getting materials this easy, for that reason I would definitely recommend them.

You phone again in the afternoon and MS confirms delivery. Then to surprise they no showed and completely disrupted schedule and added significant cost to the builder. Don't do it!
