Zero of five. Do NOT do business with this company. I called and spoke with them about having a manual post pounder made up. We discussed what I was looking for, how much it would be and how long it would take to do. We agreed I would call back. I was also getting prices from other places. 2 hours later, my husband called back to advise we would not need the item and he was advised that it was too late, one if us would have to pick it up and pay for it.
