The woman I spoke with on the phone was personable and ensured we had our appointment made. We had John come in to fix our Dishwasher and Oven. He did an awesome job and everything was fixed in no time. I'm very glad that everything was sorted out all in one night. I was super worried that it would be something unfixable.
