Unfortunately, due to the worldwide meltdown in shipping and logistics, delivery was delayed. Initially, Dave provided support by facilitating forklift assistance from local businesses and giving some training time to our company VP Linda Williams. But when we received a call from Capital Industrial owner Marie Eade to report further delays, I was resigned to life without a forklift. Out of the blue and reflecting one-in-a-million customer support, Marie arranged a no-cost rental of a Capital Industrial forklift - even delivering the unit to our location at no charge - 2.5 hours distant from Calgary. I cannot express enough admiration and gratitude to Marie, Linda, Dave and all the other employees at Capital Industrial. They all reflect the top down attitude of true customer support in actions, not words. I will gladly pay slightly more for the higher quality and greater personal relationship with Capital Industrial over that of lower cost and lower quality items found at Uline, Amazon and at Canadian Tire.
