For everyone else I suggest Home Depot, 4 way, or any of the other local rental outfits. I needed a trencher so I went in and was informed that the big one was already rented out but that the smaller trencher would work. It didn't work at all. I phoned about renting the bigger trencher and was told it was available, so I reserved it. When I went to pick it up I was informed it wouldn't fit in a truck, but conveniently they rent a trailer too. They also rent ratchet straps to tie it down. They're charging me for ratchet straps?? The big trencher worked fine but the chain did fall off one time. I wasn't at all impressed with this experience.

We contacted the company after seeing they rent units on their website. They were very helpful in renting us the right unit, fresh air intake hose and air mover fan. The price was reasonable and worth it. The tobacco smell is gone and we couldn't be happier. They also offer the service to send people out to do the work for a different price point. The staff thourghly explained the importance of no food, pets or people while the machine is in use. They also went through the importance of covering the vents and letting the room sit empty for the same time as it runs. I would use their services in the future. Their website needs some work but that doesn't reflect on their ability to deliver. They're an excellent and professional company.
