The salesman on the other line told me it was a bad idea and convinced me to get KAYCAN skirting. I looked over the product and told him the bottom trim mold was not going to work because it wouldn't fit under my existing skirting. He wouldn't hear me out, and just told me to try and it will work. I was also concerned about the corners so he said he ordered me some J-Trim for those. When I went to pick it up it was over double what I know I could have gotten then GENTEK vertical siding for. I realized I wanted to add one more length of J-Trim just to make sure, so they added one more piece to the sales order when I was in the office. In the yard it was all packaged together and they just loaded it on my trailer. They shorted me ALL the J-Trim, 1 length of the top cap trim, and the yard worker threw in 1 piece of standard siding. I think he thought it was the additional piece of J-Trim? During install the bottom trim did not work as I figured it wouldn't. I screwed it in at the bottom to secure it. I had to go to RONA on the weekend and buy all the J-Trim that Nelson Lumber shorted me. Then at the end of the project I realized why it cost so much to buy. I only used about 1/3 of the product, and zero of the bottom trim. All the boxes and product was covered at all times. It is in as good of condition is when I bought it. THEY WONT TAKE ANY BACK!! This clueless salesman tripled my order and the refused to take any back. What a joke. The product wasn't too bad. If I didn't want to screw it on I could have used J-Trim along the bottom. 4/5 Stars product. 0 Stars for the salesman and business return policy.

I was told 4 business days, then an additional 2, then 4 more, 2 more then they were done. None of them fit, brought them in for their warranty, i was told 1 day, then 1 more, then finally 1 more so i went in trying to get any kind of reassurance my doors would be worked on, one of the supervisors simply told me no, they will be done when they're done, there is a new larger order for doors going out today which took priority over mine. My 4 doors will be bumped back until there is spare time. After the supervisor told me Nelson wont do anything to reassure the customer he just walked away before I could even ask him any other questions.

The first time at the cashier when we were told the visible price on the merchandise we were buying was not correct we thought... Hmm. Well. Okay. We paid the higher price. The second time we were told the visible price on the merchandise was wrong........I said....Hmmm...but the price is ON the tag. Apparently it was incorrect. WELL. OKAY. We paid the higher price. The THIRD time we were told the price was incorrect I did point out the price on the tag. NO. I did press the point. The woman said the objects were worth more and if I didn't agree, I could leave the items. I left the items. At first we were upset. But then we realized there are so many other places we can go to spend our money.
