Nearly 1/3 of these stones are replacements. Hard to tell !!

Very pleased with a repair that Gary did for me. Pleased with repair and thought the cost of the repair was very fair. I have an older pair of hanging costume jewelry earrings that I love. They had many tiny gemstones that had been lost over the years to the point where I either had to have those stones replaced or I had to stop wearing the earrings. I took them to several jewelers to see if the stones could be replaced. Everyone I spoke to told me it would cost hundreds of dollars to replace these stones and that it was not worth doing. Just before I tossed the earrings out I remembered that someone had told me about Gary's Gem Garden and that he did jewelry repair. Not only did he do a beautiful job on the repair but he seemed to be genuniely pleased that he found the exact match in color and shape for all of the missing gemstones. I've read that Gary is not the friendliest and I did not find that to be the case at all. Highly recommend.

The store was absolutely packed, and it was clear they were spending a lot of time helping customers find the perfect engagement rings and jewelry. Despite how busy they were, someone immediately stepped away to ask how they could help me. Even though my request was small, I never felt like an inconvenience. They treated me with the same attention, kindness, and professionalism as someone making a major jewelry purchase. That level of customer service is rare these days. It's easy to focus on big sales, but the team at Spivak Jewelers showed that every customer matters. I truly appreciated how quickly they took care of my watch and how genuinely friendly everyone was. If this is how they treat someone coming in for a simple battery replacement, I can only imagine the care they provide for their jewelry customers. Highly recommend Spivak Jewelers for their exceptional service and the way they make every customer feel valued.

As a watch enthusiast always looking to add a new piece to my collection, I've really enjoyed getting to know the team at Bernie Robbins in Marlton, in particular David. He's knowledgeable about watches, has a passion for collecting himself, and recommends great additions to my growing collection. Beyond the awesome Rolex exhibition pieces which are just great to hold and try on for a few minutes, this store has a big selection of Tudor, Grand Seiko, and other awesome brands like Carl Bucherer, and Cartier. Again if you're a watch enthusiast like me, check this place out and ask for David or Mitch - and you'll see they are just like you and happy to help.

I was a wreck about needing it cut, but my finger was changing colors so it needed to happen. The staff in Bernie Robbins went above and beyond; it was the best case scenario in a terrible situation. My ring was my grandmother's from 1953 with an engraving from my grandfather and the jeweler was very careful to preserve the ring. When the cutting slightly effected the engraving he took it upon themselves to weld the ring together so that everything lined up while I waited a bit of time to get it resized. When I asked how much I owed they said no charge! I couldn't believe it, I will 100% be going back for my jewelry needs (I already brought my husband in to show a new band I like)!
