From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, approachable, and actually took the time to explain things without making me feel rushed or clueless. That alone is gold. I'm no stranger here, I've been coming for years, and that consistency matters. They always take my schedule, long drives, and my kids' safety into account when recommending anything, which is such a thoughtful, personal touch you don't find everywhere. What really stood out from day one? No gimmicks, no upselling, no "mystery problems" magically appearing. Just straightforward, genuine service. They tell you what you need, what you don't, and let you decide without pressure. It's refreshing in a world where that's not always the norm. Anyways walked in here with my dad, and both the female and male who was the owner, were very nice and answered my dads questions. The reason why we didn't ultimately bring the car here is because of an insurance issue, as progressive didn't list them after we filed our claim and wanted an estimate which involved a vehicle inspection in which we did for the claim. Despite their website saying that they accept most insurances. But doesn't rule them out completely, maybe well use them for non insurance work if needed or for something else!
