From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, approachable, and actually took the time to explain things without making me feel rushed or clueless. That alone is gold. I'm no stranger here, I've been coming for years, and that consistency matters. They always take my schedule, long drives, and my kids' safety into account when recommending anything, which is such a thoughtful, personal touch you don't find everywhere. What really stood out from day one? No gimmicks, no upselling, no "mystery problems" magically appearing. Just straightforward, genuine service. They tell you what you need, what you don't, and let you decide without pressure. It's refreshing in a world where that's not always the norm. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in both their work and how they treat people. Reliable, honest, and just all-around good humans. Definitely not a rip-off spot, this is the kind of place you keep coming back to and recommend to everyone you know.

So I guess I'll start with what the issue was . On Christmas night me and my family were driving…read morefrom Conway after visiting my oldest daughter and the grandkids . We stopped for gas and my wife noticed some smoke coming from the passenger side of the hood. I opened the hood and could smell oil burning which appeared to be coming from the back of the motor. I had the passenger side valve cover gasket replaced in November of 2025 by Preston's. I checked the oil which was not low and made our way home . The following morning I checked the my vehicle and found oil residue coming from the passenger side upper part of the motor. This looked exactly the way the oil leak looked in November. I checked the oil level since it had sat overnight I could get a good measurement on the dipstick. I found that the oil was overfilled and drained the oil pan to find it had been overfilled by one quart. I do my own oil changes ( have for over 20 years) . I never overfill the oil. The vehicle in question takes 6 quarts . I put 5 quarts in at an oil change and then gauge the oil dipstick until it is at the top of the hash mark. Usually I have to add half a quart more to level it out. Total 5.5 quarts. I later made an appointment after New Years and dropped it off. I was told that the valve cover was not leaking but the upper oil pan and oil PCV valve was leaking and it would cost over$900 to repair. I had just paid over $300 in November for the valve cover gasket and I find it odd the same path the oil leak was coming from the top. I have only used this shop since my extended warranty expired. Prior to this I had them replace my spark plug coils at which time my during a test drive by the mechanic my radiator exploded ( there words) . Thankfully they said they were going to replace the radiator at no cost to me. ( later found out that any shop would have ate the cost because they are liable for damages) However when I went to retrieve my vehicle one of the staff ( possibly the manager) made it a point to show me the radiator and said that there's no way I wasn't aware of a leak. Then said that they get screwed when customers come in here for work that don't come in for regular oil changes. Oddly enough that same vehicle was in the shop the summer of 2023 where the oil cooler was replaced at which point they drained and refilled the radiator. I had no issues with the radiator or over heating. They were the last to add coolant and never seen any leaks. I was advised to go to this shop because they are Christian owned and until recently I did like their service. I feel that they think I am making things up to get over on them.
