She made eye contact with me several times before I physically had to walk to the other end of the counter and ask her to come help me. Well, I went in today to check the status of the mauser and see if i got a proceed on the rifle Cause, when I left Friday she ( the store owner) asked for my number to give me a call if i get a proceed later that day or week... Well, I drove by the store today to see if there was a status change... You never know... People do forget to call folks. Anyway.... I walked into the store and ask the owner if there was a status change on my rifle.. She told me that they sold the Mauser on Saturday the 3rd... Needless to say... I was much more pleased with this gun than anything I had looked at including a GLOCK 9mm I had in the past as the size, weight and feel of the gun is better than any expectation I had to what I was going to be able to get during these bad times. I was also not just surprised but happy that she had put aside a box a bullets as during this time, pistol ammunition was unavailable everywhere I looked, but had changed weeks later. When I was leaving Gary had come in and got me a great holster plus I have been back since and gotten a speed loader which works so much better than trying to load by hand. I also talked to Gary about getting Mod parts for the gun and he said that not only would it be better that he do them, mainly the Monarch Trigger System as with my bad hands I would be more at comfort to having them do it rather then something going wrong. Since buying it I only wish I would of gotten it with the "Crimson Trace Laser" from the factory but will probably end up getting the bolt on one. Look forward to doing business with them in the future, but first need to go to a Shooting Range and try this out.

Also, noticed they had an outdoor axe throwing target and decided to go inside. As we stepped inside it wasn't too busy. It was clean, nicely lit and was very organized. The staff was friendly, and knowledgeable. They had a variety of guns, and for kids they had GoatGuns and other items. They had a bathroom for customers which was well kept and clean. I didn't have time to actually go axe throwing or go to the shooting range but plan to next time I'm in town.

Brett was also approachable and kind in answering our questions regarding an ambidextrous firearm for my left handed friend and his advice on how to try them. The pricing seemed reasonable for weekly visits, and Ladies Day on Thursdays may mean even more often visits! Can't wait to return!

My family needed some items for both our dogs and gardening Luckily for us, Cal Ranch has it all.. and then some. This store is truly the master of all trades. From farm essentials, animal feed, outdoor equipment, gardening supplies, sweet treats, clothing, home decor, they truly have it all. The staff does seem pretty distant and uninterested in shoppers. I don't mind being ignored, but it does make me understand the negative reviews a bit better. I loved seeing the baby chicks and am now debating if I need chickens.

He takes you from the door all the way through selecting from tons of options, into the range and all the wat through the experience start to finish. It was an awesome time! Highly recommend! Once in a lifetime experience and I highly recommend going to either their Williams Range or the Page Range. All the employees at both locations are stellar. Can't recommend this experience enough. Super clean facility and the ownership is awesome. There's really no other competition or experience like this in Arizona!
