Granville Homes at Copper River Ranch

We moved in at 12/21/2019 to Granville Home Deauville East. The first two family moved in. Around…read morethe same time frame, all house with the same size plan and same landscape plan, every units has two rows of plants at their front yard window and only ours second row with only two plants which six spot need to be done, missed 4-5 plants. Few days before closing, we saw it and talk to the landscapers working next door and they said they would come back next day to finish it, and nothing was done? After we moved in, we were told we need to file in with customer service and which we did. Later on Granville deny us for asking extra plants and it is not allowed? I walk around the community and 95% same house plan has two rows of plants, and we only have 1.2 rows finished and four spot were not done which is incomplete work and Granville Homes refused to finish the ---incomplete landscape work-----? I ask why all others has two rows of plants and I only have 1.2 rows with 4 spots undone? Granville use a picture to show us a house has only one complete row plant..I request for the house address and phase releasing date to prove it same as my purchase. weather the house is in my community and release time around the same time frame as we purchased. Granville customer service manager Ashlee Perritte and owner Darius Assemi totally ignored many of our e-mails and close the case? They refused to finish the -incomplete works- and refused to prove the photo with only one complete row is similar release phase as we purchased. I requested for proof but no answer again and again!!! Granville using a photo from no where with no date, no address? no phase of release? It is very irresponsible for Granville Homes to treat their home buyers after we bought the house! We don't want any compensation, we just only want Granville to finish the work? Granville Homes just won't finish their work. Although It is a very small job need to be completed, and cost nothing---plant four more plants. It really bothers me a lot is the ugly Granville style attitude towards their home buyer after you paid the house?

Updating review from previously because the warranty department came through to fix all of the…read morerepairs needed! That was a relief. I'm still not providing five stars only because of the issues with having three flat tire tires from the street sweeper not coming often enough to clear the roads. I told the builder what had happened to me and they did not compensate me even though my tires were not patchable, and I had to literally get new ones and the streets are coming once only every other week did not seem sufficient. But other than that, the warranty department and sales department are excellent to work with and in today's economy I would still consider it a good purchase, especially in the area. It's a good investment.

Stephanie went out of her way to accommodate our requests during the paperwork process. She was able to address our daily concerns and help us with unrelated general knowledge about Madera, our New Community at Tesoro Viejo and how to navigate all our upcoming vendor appointments. Mike was on site to address any last minute ideas, conerns or possible future projects that we were thinking about. We were able to pick out our finishes, walk through our new house, as it was being built, and talk to him about anything that we were not sure about. He treated us like we were buying his house and wanted us to be completly satisfied. We moved in and I am still complaining about all my stuff that I stiil need to unpack. We have no issues that were not handled promtly and efficiently with our House. We are enjoying all the benefits of our New McCaffrey Home at Tesoro Viejo. We are happy with the Neighborhood, The Dog Park, and all The Community events. I am looking forward to sharing all my vintage stuff with all my new neighbors. I will continue to recommend McCaffrey homes to friends and family. Daniel Y. Sunshine's Dad

She did not take the time to answer my questions or explain the process, and instead seemed to take advantage of the fact that I was new to home buying. Katrina inflated my down payment to $30K, and when I consulted with two outside lenders, both confirmed she was clearly overcharging me to increase her own commission. Once I confronted her, she started emailing and calling nonstop, trying to confuse me with misleading information. Only after being called out did she send new estimates--suddenly lowering the cost by $12K, which proved she had been dishonest from the start. Buying a home is already stressful, and the last thing buyers should have to deal with is being manipulated and misled. I was in disbelief that someone would so willingly take advantage of young first-time buyers. What's worse is I doubt this was the first time she has done this. Stay far away from Katrina and Lennar's lending team.

The project lasted about five months, and since we were living in the home the whole time, we were a little nervous about how disruptive it might be. J & J went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Every single day, construction debris was picked up, and the crew was extremely conscientious about keeping the space as livable as possible. Communication was outstanding from start to finish. Our contract and timeline were clear, and we received daily or weekly text updates letting us know exactly what was planned for the days ahead. Any question or concern we had--no matter how small--was met with a quick and thoughtful response. It was also obvious that J & J holds their subcontractors to very high standards. Every trade that came through delivered work that met J & J's quality expectations. Before choosing J & J, we met with several other well‑known residential construction companies in the area. Looking back, choosing J & J was absolutely the right decision. They earned our respect and admiration through their professionalism, craftsmanship, and genuine care for both the project and our family's comfort. We highly recommend J & J Quality Construction for any project--from a remodel to a home expansion. You will not be disappointed.

We were even able to sit with and adjust the electronic designs in their studio. They subcontracted with a painter who did great work and was really easy to work with. The guys from J&J were responsive and did things when they said they would. We were not super picky, but when we asked them to move a knob or drill an additional hole, they were happy to do it. We are very happy with their work and will go with them next time we want to get something done.
