I feel that this store is super pricey. I don't typically shop here, but I only needed a couple of things and didn't feel like driving far one day to go somewhere else. I wanted some fresh baked donuts, but it looked like they were still self serve which I am not a fan of during this pandemic. I also saw a sign that the Powerade was on sale, but when the cashier rang them up, they did not show up on sale. She went to check the sign and adjusted the price for me. Like I said, this is the only grocery store located in Lagrange. I probably won't shop here for a while due to the high prices.

On my last stop, Walter explained the menu board to me and then said 'There's more in the brochure' and THEN the owner is adding more items! The food is tasty and reasonably priced. The store is clean and spacious and laid out very easily. Everyone who works there is really nice and in a town like that you get to know people's names quickly. I love to stop in and visit with familiar friendly faces like Melanie, Beccie or Meghan. If you're driving through... don't blink... and don't pass it up!

I picked up a 7inch sub sandwich and a bag of chips. Total cost was $8. The total overall flavor was great. I do wish the sandwich had some veggies on like lettuce or tomatoe. The value wasn't there for me. Subway offers for the same price veggies. So maybe I'll consider the next time stopping there instead. But. I will say the selection of quick and easy lunches is very good. But. The problem is. It took me almost 6-8 minutes of walking back and forth looking for them. The signage isn't high enough. It's actually lower than eye level. So all the signs blended in together. I understand not all signs can be high. But I think the important ones should be. To attract the shopper to these fast moving purchases. And quick lunches are fast moving. People want to get in and out and going. The location of them is slightly off the main aisle. So that took time trying to find them. The store is super clean and I can't say I interacted with employees. But I wish I did. But the numerous employees who walked past me didn't even acknowledge me at all. I love meijers. And I'll be back. Maybe next time I will have a better experience.

A small town grocery store that still does everything to support the schools, community projects…read moreand the community itself. They let the sports teams have fundraisers on their property. Help with rib sales. Donate all the water and area for car washes. I've been a part of 3 service projects at this location. The workers are always so kind and helpful. They run good sales, some products are higher priced (this is priced like a small town grocery store... no super Walmart). There are no frills. The doughnuts are soooo good but they sell out pretty quickly. Overall, it's so hard to find local businesses still in business like this... and they do so much for the community.. it's worth supporting them.

Well I worked, I purchased other items not on sale. At check out, I found out that the ad was wrong. The only way I noticed was that I checked my receipt. the manager offered to give me a raincheck for half gallons since I could buy two of them in place of the gallon I purchased. It seems the person ordering saw the gallons on sale and ordered them instead of the half gallons. I am done shopping there.

You can find everything you need including specialty items for people who like to eat local, organic, healthy, and fresh. In addition to the various food options, these folks really understand customer service and customer appreciation! Everyone is so very nice and occomodating! The cashiers look you in the eye when they greet you and thank you for shopping with them...and they mean it! The manager/owner is so very nice and personable. You always see him on the floor working right along side his employees and always greeting the customers. I've even seen him help people out to their car with their groceries! You will find that the prices are a bit higher on many things, but in this case you are definitely getting what you pay for! The whole experience is well worth the little extra money it might cost. Plenty from local vendors like Ohio City Paste and Tofts ice cream just to name a couple. This place is also ALWAYS super clean. No dust anywhere, any spills are immediately cleaned up. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
