I feel that this store is super pricey. I don't typically shop here, but I only needed a couple of things and didn't feel like driving far one day to go somewhere else. I wanted some fresh baked donuts, but it looked like they were still self serve which I am not a fan of during this pandemic. I also saw a sign that the Powerade was on sale, but when the cashier rang them up, they did not show up on sale. She went to check the sign and adjusted the price for me. Like I said, this is the only grocery store located in Lagrange. I probably won't shop here for a while due to the high prices.

On my last stop, Walter explained the menu board to me and then said 'There's more in the brochure' and THEN the owner is adding more items! The food is tasty and reasonably priced. The store is clean and spacious and laid out very easily. Everyone who works there is really nice and in a town like that you get to know people's names quickly. I love to stop in and visit with familiar friendly faces like Melanie, Beccie or Meghan. If you're driving through... don't blink... and don't pass it up!

We like that they carry grass fed and finished beef products. Competitive prices. We try to buy what's on sale. They have good sales on frozen seafood and fish, especially shrimp. The store is clean, aisles wide enough. It is our first go-to for groceries. We eat very little convenience foods, no lunch meat. Therefore, can't comment. We mail-order for most of our meat or go to Costco. I did buy some boots and a pair of sketchers there. Good sale prices. Help with rib sales. Donate all the water and area for car washes. I've been a part of 3 service projects at this location. The workers are always so kind and helpful. They run good sales, some products are higher priced (this is priced like a small town grocery store... no super Walmart). There are no frills. The doughnuts are soooo good but they sell out pretty quickly. Overall, it's so hard to find local businesses still in business like this... and they do so much for the community.. it's worth supporting them.

Well I worked, I purchased other items not on sale. At check out, I found out that the ad was wrong. The only way I noticed was that I checked my receipt. the manager offered to give me a raincheck for half gallons since I could buy two of them in place of the gallon I purchased. It seems the person ordering saw the gallons on sale and ordered them instead of the half gallons. I am done shopping there.

You can find everything you need including specialty items for people who like to eat local, organic, healthy, and fresh. In addition to the various food options, these folks really understand customer service and customer appreciation! Everyone is so very nice and occomodating! The cashiers look you in the eye when they greet you and thank you for shopping with them...and they mean it! The manager/owner is so very nice and personable. You always see him on the floor working right along side his employees and always greeting the customers. I've even seen him help people out to their car with their groceries! You will find that the prices are a bit higher on many things, but in this case you are definitely getting what you pay for! The whole experience is well worth the little extra money it might cost.
