They did offer to do a tasting so we could choose the best apps for our event. Everything was wonderful! Some how we were able to narrow it down to 4 options. Fried Collard Green Egg Rolls - These were life changing! I never would have thought to put collard greens and smoked turkey in an egg roll.It is the best combination ever. Chef G is changing the game with this one Mini Brisket Stuffed Cornbread Cups - This sweet cornbread with the tender brisket in bbq sauce as a cute little sandwich. I could have eaten 5 or 6 of these but I was able to contain myself to one Mini Chicken and Cornbread Waffles - They even had little cups of syrup to serve with them. Mind you, you don't know what color it is until you cut into it which they wanted the whole watermelon returned which we returned a 1/3 at which they stated: then stated they should give us a 1/3 yellow watermelon back. Fine then they should pay for my gas for1 hr. Round trip and MY TIME AND THE DISTRESS to correct WHAT THEY WRONGFULLY SCREWED UP which till this day they never apologized for.
