(Not a bad thing but does that mean service will be lacking?) Then we were told our order would take 2-3 weeks! They were busy with other orders much larger than ours so I guess, we as a new client, were not very appreciated. That seemed long too, but ok, we are new to them. There was a physical mock up that they wanted to put together and we were told to come by any time (on a weekend) to come see what it would look like. Well we get there and they left early for the day. "So sorry...." Was what we heard, but they were nice enough to send us it by carrier two days later. Well once we got it.....it was the wrong mock up, "so sorry for the confusion, ok let's make sure we get it right" is what they now tell us. When asked for a revision and we were told in an email that there would be a charge for that? When we questioned that they said they can't help us. What a waste of time!

The sleeve was completely wrong printed on the front of the sleeve versus the back of the sleeve, and the logo on the front left breast was printed at a different vertical placement different lateral placement and even different angles on a couple of them. Every single one front logo placement was different. Scale of the front imprint did not match the mock up either. Although they admitted not following the notes in the approved design, all they offered was an $87 refund on the imprint of the sleeve of jackets (10.4% discount for now completely unwearable product). Not sure if they are outsourcing to a different screening company that they bought? In any case this is not the kind of company that I will be continuing to do business with.

The T shirt design, albeit simple, had very deep meaning and the short timeframe made it very difficult to find a shop to accommodate my dire need. Hiller's came through for me printing out over 30 shirts within a matter of days. The Shirts came out great and everyone wore the shirts with pride as they made it through the finish line feeling a sense of accomplishment but humbled as we knew the deep meaning behind the shirt related to my best friend who just the previous week lost his daughter after a 5+ year battle with Hodgkins Lymphoma.
