The T shirt design, albeit simple, had very deep meaning and the short timeframe made it very difficult to find a shop to accommodate my dire need. Hiller's came through for me printing out over 30 shirts within a matter of days. The Shirts came out great and everyone wore the shirts with pride as they made it through the finish line feeling a sense of accomplishment but humbled as we knew the deep meaning behind the shirt related to my best friend who just the previous week lost his daughter after a 5+ year battle with Hodgkins Lymphoma. May God bless Hiller's Emblem Shop and their willingness to help me when every other shop in the area was not able to.

One employee in…read moreparticular has always been friendly and helpful, but unfortunately my overall experience has been disappointing. The product quality has been average at best, turnaround times have often been slower than expected, and the design process can be frustrating. I've found myself going through a lot of unnecessary back-and-forth due to layout, sizing, and design issues that should have been caught earlier in the process. Another thing I didn't care for is that payment is required before seeing the finished product. While I understand why some businesses operate this way, I personally prefer companies that allow customers to review their order before final payment. What ultimately made me stop using them was the customer service. Communication was inconsistent, orders were sometimes delayed, and I often felt like resolving issues wasn't a priority. I gave them several chances because I like supporting local businesses, but after multiple experiences, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them.
