No stars for this "business". Did not deliver any tee shirts! Terrible service. Did not return calls. Huge disappointment.

i showed up earlier today. the entire kiosk was missing!!!! i spent an hour driving there all for nothing! this sum bullshit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Will use this company to get screen printing done on our own custom garments sweatshirts fleeces and T-shirts they did a great job they did promise to have them done within a week and took two weeks but either way they came out really nice and I was super happy with the overall product. read more

Terrible beyond words. Cannot keep deadlines whatsoever and customer service were extremely rude. Deliveries were pushed times and times again. Deadline means absolutely nothing to them even with verbal or text confirmations from their side. When followed up, owner/ production, who was also a customer service, responded with rudeness, lies, raising voice (no kidding), bluffing (again, no kidding!) talking over customer, not listening and tons of excuses to blame everything else but himself for his own faults. If someone still need to order from WeCustom Washington Square, especially on time sensitive large order, frustratingly these two factors were crucial to me in gaining cooperation! 1) Never EVER pay cash upfront no matter how luring the discount may be, otherwise all negotiation power is out the window! With credit card, you can still cancel if they mess up! And honestly that was the only thing that worked to have him deliver on time! Keep your bargaining power strong. Remember, they deliver at their own convenience, not the promised date. They were also amazing at NOT letting me know that my order was not ready for pick up! If this happens to you, demand delivery! He has a driver that he can hire. 2) Put everything down in WRITING! whatever important details and dates you may have to work with them. Salesperson was definitely reluctant to put it down until I insisted. He knows his production can't work with time! Production guy refused any verbal or text deadlines he gave me but couldn't fight the one documented. read more

Went to the one in Vancouver mall to have six custom shirts made and they did it within an hour! Last minute and turned out perfect! You can take your own shirts in to be printed on, but we purchased in the store. Wish they'd had more variety, but it worked out great. Fantastic service! We will be back! read more

So far, not good. We ordered a custom T-shirt, paid for it, and it's close to 5 weeks later now, and we haven't received it or heard from them. Just sent off a letter. Hoping they respond to messages left on their phone. I will update this if they make this right.... by giving a refund or producing the shirt. The person at the kiosk was very friendly, and gave me no reason not to trust that the t-shirt would come in a few weeks, as he said. IT was all written down, in detail. read more

Best quality I've ever seen in t-shirt printing. They use a process that can reproduce your art in perfect color and incredible detail. The work they did for me holds up to multiple washings and dryings. I've tried Zazzle.com and RushOrderTees.com, and even stopped in at Big Frog in Beaverton. None of them do what We Custom can do. But if you're a stickler for details like I am (I'm a professional graphic designer), they may end up getting frustrated and refuse to work with you. But most people are not as picky as I am. read more

My sister found We Custom on a time crunch. I had ordered a couple items from another source, and she wasn't able to supply them as planned. It's was nearly 7pm on a Friday, and we had already gone one place that was closed due to an illness and another that closed 20 minutes early. I really wish I had gotten the designers name, he was fabulous. I showed him what I was looking for, and he immediately started working on the design. He didn't have the exact font I was looking for, but found it online and downloaded it, made sure I was happy with what he came up with, and had it all done within an hour. I love the quality of materials they have. The hoodies are so soft on the inside and heavy enough for Oregon but not too heavy that you need to take it off every time that you go inside. I love that I don't have to have a jacket just to run in somewhere. You can get anything printed on the materials. It is like magic! We wanted custom tee shirts for our 20th Anniversary trip to Fiji in February and went to We Custom in the Washington Square for the project. We explained what we wanted to Maz: matching red tee shirts with white motifs and lettering, our wedding colors. After several efforts Maz provided the finished product, complete with dancing rock and roll couples on the chests with our names, 20th Anniversary, February 5, 2020 and Fiji on the front and clinking champagne glasses on the back. Ask for a item price to be custom and I was told one price. Once they started the process price change. I really wanted to get some uniforms printed so I told them is fine and pay the extra charge. I specifically told them black hoodie, white printing. Once I return to pick up my hoodie they printed on a red hoodie witch was wrong. Man got upset and talked lots of bs . No refund no apology. Sucks cuz they charge me 83 for a shirt and hoodie, Money and pay wasn't the problem. This guys are unprofessional, rude and dishonest, poor customer service. Before anything happen earlier when I was jus checking the store they were talking sh/+ about everyone making and order and saying how bad was their day . At the end I only paid cuz I guess they need to feed their families and I do to plus I was with my son so I wasn't going to show him or do a drama show , I always teach my son how to be kind and respectful to others but most definitely not going back. read more

Beware of the prior five reviews, we custom offers a discount to you before you ever even receive the product if you get online and give them a 5-star review. Do not trust them they are dishonest and very difficult to work with. I ordered a sweatshirt for my brother's birthday present and was promised it 24 hours later, when I returned the next day they had not even started the order. Asked for a refund so I could get him something else and was told no refund come back tomorrow and I will have it guess what now he's avoiding phone calls because the shirts not ready.. The representatives were very professional and did their utmost to be sure that we were satisfied with the design and look of the finished product. They responded by e-mail and phone calls quickly to any question I had. The product was printed and shipped immediately upon approval.
