With the last rain we had a month ago when the wind was blowing hard, we developed a leak. I called Tim at Peninsula Roofing and told him of the problem and he sent a guy out to check it out. The inspector said that he thought it was due to a problem with the original installation done 12 years ago that just now showed up due to the windy condition. A week later they came out and repaired the roof by installing new flashing and some new shingles. With NO CHARGE to us. Imagine after 12 years there was no charge. I want to give them a shout our for excellent customer service.

He listened carefully and submitted a bid that included everything we had discussed and was fairly priced. The crew showed up exactly on time on the arranged day and worked steadily all day to strip the roof and make repairs. They arrived exactly on time on the next day and worked steadily all day to install the new roof. They worked without playing loud music or shouting at each other, and they cleaned up before they left. We are entirely satisfied and think no one could ask for better service! Our neighbors even commented on how quickly and efficiently the crew worked. Susan and Chris Seykota-Smith

Declining Quality, No Longer Reliable…read more Anderson once had a decent reputation, as some older published reviews might reflect. I have used them repeatedly over the years. However, in my personal experience, their reliability and the quality of their work have steadily declined. As just one example, they recently provided a bid to my condo association association. The bid contained numerous careless errors. I physically walked the property with them, pointing out the errors. They acknowledged the errors and they promised to provided a corrected bid. They never did so. Around the same time, I had also entered into two contracts with them for other jobs. Some time before the date on which the jobs were to be completed, they sent me an email message in which they blandly stated that they would not honor the contracts and would not do the work as they were legally obligated to do. The excuses that they offered for these frank breaches of contract were lame and legally irrelevant. It is now probably too late for me to find another tree service to do the work this fall. I'm currently considering my available legal remedies. In short, this company has become completely unreliable. I will never use or recommend them again. There are many other tree cutting services in the Kitsap County area, most of which have got to be better than this one. I suggest that you choose one of them.

I needed my entire yard done: cutting down bushes and trees, limbing trees, edging all sidewalks and walkways, debris cleanup, getting rid of the moss, shaping the bushes that were staying, pre-emergence and post-emergence spraying, defining flower beds, spreading 10 yards of bark, hauling away a huge pile of brush from a year ago, etc. It was a LOT of work. We walked the property and he listened to my ideas and offered suggestions that made sense. He got back to me with an estimate that I was really pleased with and worked within my schedule. A few days before everything was to be completed, Van came back and we walked the property again checking on the work already done and yet to be complete. He wanted to make sure I was pleased and happy with what his team had accomplished - and I was. His crew is very organized, work cleanly and long hours, were very friendly and just really nice people! You need to call them. You won't regret it.
