He'll do you the courtesy of looking at what you're offering (when the jerk across the street refused to even let you in the door). In our experience, he gives you more cash than that same jerk across the street. (Yes, we've sadly needed to pawn things more than once.) I think the highlight of Euro Design is working with Isabella and Michael, the wife and husband duo that own and run the store. Isabella is incredibly equipped for her sales role. I never felt like she was trying to push a sale or an upcharge -- she even suggested that I opt for a lab diamond with a slightly lower grade than "perfect", as the higher grades can sometimes look too artificial.
