I gave Rosaspina a call and the knew exactly my order, was very pleasant on the phone, and was also eager to celebrate. I was told a photo of the flowers would be sent to me as well. The flowers were delivered an hour or so later. I wasn't sure what to expect. Well, the flowers turned out to be a piece of art. Absolutely stunning! A bright birthday bouquet that was perfect. I loved the detailed email updates, the studio photo of the creation, and the delivery was wonderful. The flowers came in a stylish square vase. Cost: $58 for standard, $115 for deluxe, and $173 for premium. $20 for hand delivery. I left a $10 tip for their excellent service. This local florist in Montclair, NJ is top tier. Thank you!

When I arrived at the funeral home, the ribbon said **"Beloved Father in Law"** instead of **"Beloved Brother in Law."** The lettering was also noticeably uneven, crooked, and poorly applied. I contacted the florist immediately while I was at the funeral. To be fair, she did send her daughter back to correct the wording to "Beloved Brother in Law," which I appreciated. However, the replacement lettering was still visibly crooked and sloppy. I was also disappointed in the overall presentation of the arrangement. One side appeared full and nicely rounded, while the other side looked noticeably more sparse and uneven. For the amount I paid, I expected a much more polished and professionally finished arrangement. What upset me most was having to deal with all of this while grieving at my brother in law's funeral. I should not have had to spend that time making phone calls and worrying about correcting a funeral arrangement that I had specifically asked them to carefully check before delivery. It was stressful and embarrassing to have family and friends see the incorrect inscription. I requested a full refund. The florist acknowledged in writing that the lettering was incorrect but refused to refund me because the flowers had already been "used." What makes this even more disappointing is that **the refund policy posted on their own website states that if you are not completely satisfied with the arrangement and contact them within three days, they will deliver another arrangement or give you a refund of the total amount for the arrangement.** I contacted them within that time period and requested the full refund stated in their policy. I understand that mistakes can happen. My disappointment comes from the incorrect inscription, the sloppy workmanship even after it was corrected, the uneven presentation, the stress this caused during an already painful funeral, and then the refusal to honor the full refund stated in their own website policy. I am sharing my experience honestly so others can make an informed decision.
