We called and they came to look and took full responsibility and said they'd fix it. They also installed our patio and when we told them one of the large pavers had cracked, they said they'd replace it. Today, the owners son called and said that I was lying about the damage to the wall and that " we want to get stuff for free" this was after he took full responsibility and promised to fix it. We've had other issues with them as well. They crushed our downspouts every time they came to mow, their edging was crooked and last year they came to do the spring clean up - which we didn't contract for- so they took it off the bill and now they are accusing me of " trying to get stuff for free". I do not appreciate being called a liar, nor do I appreciate being told a company will stand behind its work, only to find out that they won't. Do not hire them. You will be sorry.
