Have I got a tree guy for you! Pedro and his team attacked…read moremy yard filled with trees. Six needed to be taken down, many others needed severe trimming. He estimated the work would take 2 1/2 days, and offered a very fair price for a lot of work by any definition. Pedro and his guys worked efficiently, safely, cleanly, and courteously. They powered through the work (some of which was very precarious with large limbs overhanging a neighbor's house.) Was the work equipment loud? Sure. Was the work messy? Yup. But, the team minimized the noise by only firing up the chipper when necessary (I've lived through other tree companies that leave the chipper running throughout the entire day), and raking & blowing the debris throughout the day. They completed the job ahead of schedule. And, the entire property looks spectacular. They did a phenomenal job! Two thumbs up from this very satisfied customer. Give Pedro a call. My wife and I were looking for someone to help us with some yard care. We reached out to several…read morebusinesses and this one was the first to reply. We had a good initial meeting the head landscaper and we asked for multiple things to be done. The initial price quoted seemed fair and we were anxious to get it done. He seemed to want us to do part of what we were asking through him and not the company he is working for. Once they arrived they fulfilled half of what we asked for and left. We arrived home believing they would be back to finish the work we talked about but it became clear they were under the impression they were complete with the job. We reached out to resolve our issue and were told the head landscaper had completed what we asked for. Eventually the main landscaper contacted us to Try and straighten out any issues we had and said to read to contract, and it's true, much of what we asked for what not delineated in fine print, so we were wrong to go with the verbal agreement. We figured we would just let it go until all the weeds came back in full glory 2 weeks later. There was no fertilization or soil grooming done at all. My wife called to complain today and was told this was something you have to specifically ask for. We are very unsatisfied with this company and how they operate. I'd strongly suggest avoiding them in the future.

Vinny was the most knowledgeable and with the fairest prices. From the start, Vinny understood the complexity of the grading, while his competitors did not. His team followed the exact manufacturers specifications when installing the walkway (it is essential not to skimp on these base materials). Additionally, his team didn't simply seed the lawn, they sowed the seeds and seeded at the same time, essentially double seeding the front yard. They also took the extra step to use shade grass seed for the areas that did not receive direct sunlight. His team was prompt, efficient, and tidy. The quality of workmanship is outstanding and I have received many compliments on my beautiful walkway and lawn. I would highly recommend Primo Landscape Design for any landscaping project that you have in mind.

The work started after the weekend on Monday and the 5 man crew was extremely professional. Last fall I had another tree service come to remove a dead tree, sadly they wouldn't budge on helping us out with this last "window-maker" limb. Now that spring is around the corner we found even more of our neighbors trees to be a problem. I had about 6 estimators come to my home but Scott was highly detailed in explaining what the problem, why it's important to my family and how they would address it. Gladly though, the 60 limb wasn't a problem for this crew. The crew worked safely (huge relief) and did a great job cleaning up the yard and even the curb before they left. Thumbs up in my book, I'd definitely recommend them and will post pics shortly.

Downes was able to send someone to assess the situation in a few days (since it wasn't on the house, it wasn't a priority which I understand) and they gave an estimate and then did the job within a week. They actually ended up clearing more than they originally estimated which was good. Their non-emergency service however is severely lacking. I've had multiple (3) "appointments" scheduled to have someone visit my yard and assess the health of two trees to see if they need to come down. I put appointments in quotes because no one has shown up to each one. And each time I call to ask why, they make it seem like I never made the appointment and then they just schedule another one. So while I am thankful for the work they did during an emergency, I am yet to be impressed during normal work hours.
