Tried calling, receptionist states that they'll tell the next available person to give me a call. They never do. I emailed them, they respond with statements that do not lead to any type of resolution to this situation, such as "Just wanted to reach out, because we are unsure how the roots are growing under the turf. We did install a weed-blocker on top of the dirt." I finally managed to get someone on the line, they say they'll charge a $2800 fee to investigate the matter and fix it IF it's possible (I didn't see this anywhere in the warranty paperwork by the way). If it's a root issue, they can't remove it and leave you SOL. As professional as this company may seem, they don't want to help you without extra charge afterwards. Go with someone else that would.

It was a no brainer! Their products have constantly been changing and improving. This time around I am even more happier with what I got. The grass has a real look and feel to it. It even has dry grass fibers to make it look as realistic as possible. Plus it is soft on my feet. Even though we installed it on concrete this time around (which I was really skeptical about), I cannot tell the difference because of the Enkadrain that Synlawn provided as a drainage cushion below it and plus the grass is really bounce. Great product!! And their customer service is great, pre and even post sales. Paula helped me pick the right grass and products to go with it, both times, after understanding my needs and situation thoroughly. When I needed extra infill after almost a year of installing the turf, she promptly responded and sent me ideas to maintain the grass beautifully as well. You cannot go wrong with this company!

From the very beginning, Joe was incredibly easy to work with, knowledgeable, and most importantly, honest. When he came out for the estimate, he brought several turf options for us to compare. Since we have a dog, one of my biggest concerns was cleanliness -- especially how easy it would be to clean and whether pet waste would become a problem over time. Joe recommended a specific turf product that he felt would work best for our situation and assured us we wouldn't have issues. He was absolutely right. The turf was installed last August, and now that we're into May, it still looks fantastic and has been extremely easy to maintain. No odors, no mess, and no issues at all. The installation itself took two days, and the crew was excellent throughout the entire process. Everyone was friendly, respectful, hardworking, and they left the property spotless when the job was done. There are a lot of companies in Queens offering this type of work, but I truly can't recommend Joe enough. I hired this company to install turf about two years ago. By August of this year, the turf already…read morehad sinkholes forming underneath, even though it was only two years old. When I contacted the company, they said it was "probably because it had rained so much." They came back, ripped up the turf, and refilled the dirt. After that, I noticed the turf was shedding badly. When I mentioned it, the installer told me it was because I had a "made in China turf" -- even though he was the one who originally installed it! He then claimed that it was his old boss who supplied that turf, not him. He was originally East Coast Artificial Grass and now he is Astro Turf Guru. Said East Coast sold it to him but the owner is the same name 2 years ago as today. Coincidence?! or Sketchy? I asked for new turf installation in October. The quote seemed high, so I asked for a better price, which they slightly adjusted, and I agreed. When they finished the new install, something looked off -- so I lifted a corner and found they had installed the new turf directly on top of the old turf. I'm no expert, but I'm quite sure that's not the proper installation method. When I questioned it, they told me it was "good for kids if they fall." I never requested extra padding, and it's not the right material for that purpose. Ask any other turf professional, they all say no not the right way to install turf. When I called to address the issue, the person on the phone had an excuse for everything and wouldn't take accountability. He said he wouldn't redo any extra work because the ground was uneven -- even though he was the one who worked on that same ground just two months prior. I requested a refund, at least for the cost of the turf, but he refused. He offered to come back and "fix it," but after how many times the company came to work on it and it's already been messed up, I didn't trust them to make it worse. Overall, this was a very unprofessional company that clearly doesn't do the job the right way. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for quality turf work or HONEST communication.
