Interior Foliage Design does all of the landscaping work around the Four High Rises in my building complex. With all of the construction and facade work the foliage takes a beating. They do their best to keep the shrubs, bushes and trees looking nice. I'm recommending. read more

This place is really great! Family run company that tries to do their best. They always have the most impressive selection of flowers and plants for literally any occasion. They are a industry known asset and they always seem to always pull off beautiful organization and arrangements no matter the look you are going for. But if you are just looking to drop by their warehouse/green house. You can buy a plant or 2 for your home or office. Got 2 myself personally and people their told me exactly how to take care of it and they haven't died yet! (very proud!) read more

Check out the green house! This place does great retail merchandising interior and exterior work, as well as small orders for gifting purposes. You can walk by their warehouse for a cool selection of small and large plants/trees, or visit their vintage green house one block away to see an amazing assortment of tropical plants and more (call ahead, the green house isn't always open). They occasionally have a "Plant Party" sale at the green house, which has a great turnout of locals within the Queens/Brooklyn area. First class experience. I had to get flowers in a hurry for my 10 year anniversary with my fiance and I popped into interior foliage with a last minute request after seeing some beautiful flowers on their website. They didnt even have the roses I wanted but the people who helped me (Matthew and Carol) promised they would get the flowers AND deliver them to my finance's office within 2 hours. They got it done and she loved the flowers - score! They made it happen, saved my tail, and even made me look good in the process. 5 stars! read more

I walked into the greenhouse (there entrance is under an awning, you have to look for it) and it was like I was transported into another world. It's just plants and orchids, like a thousand different types. It's like going to the botanical garden except you can buy something if you like it. I have been working with Interior Foliage for years now and I don't know why it never occurred to be me to 'share the wealth' before today but here goes.... I first met Roy Owsley (VP of Sales & Operations) during my first month of employment when I was told I needed to hire a company to care for our (then very dead) plants. I have always loved flowers & plants but knew little about their upkeep so after some research I called Interior Foliage and set up a meeting for a consultation. Roy came in, looked around, took notes and went to work. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and I knew instantly I had made a good choice... Within a few days I had several proposals with several different options. After some consideration we had Interior Foliage take our plants away and had them replaced with plants that (he recommended) would work best with our office lighting. In addition to plant maintenance, we also arranged to have a fresh floral arrangement delivered every Monday for the reception area. Week after week each arrangement (still) arrives more beautiful and more unique then the week before. Their talent & creativity never ceases to amaze me.. In all the years we've used their services I cant recall any two arrangements being exactly the same, they've made my life so easy for the last six years. Every Thursday without fail someone from their (wonderful) staff comes in; waters the plants, inspects their condition and refreshes the water in the flowers at reception. Often on Fridays the floral arrangement still look so fresh & beautiful someone takes them home to enjoy. When a plant isn't doing well, for whatever the reason, they quickly suggest it be replaced and trusting them as I do; I don't even question them. During the holidays we get gorgeous Poinsettia's and wreaths, which are always just as gorgeous! Lastly, Id like to add that two years ago my office moved from a 38th Floor - down to a 5th Floor--- I called Roy, he came back, reassessed the space, recommended plants that would work better with less light, took our plants away, changed all the containers to match the new décor and returned them to us after all the furniture was in place so that none of the plants would be damaged or mishandled during the move. AGAIN, easy, quick & efficient. I cant say enough about what a pleasure it has been to work with them! I highly recommend their service... I hired them to do plantings on my very large terrace. Two hanging plants were dead within six weeks and a flowering bush died shortly before that. I was over billed for the time the men came to install all the plants by one hour ( times two people at $60 an hour) which they later corrected at my insistence and persistence. A Weeping Cherry Tee which is supposed to be a perennial is looking really bad less than three month after it was planted. They only guarantee plants if you sign up for a service maintenance plan, which is a fact they don't tell you when you hire them. A landscaper who tends to plants at a brownstone across the street has agreed to come and look at my sorry looking tree for no charge when he's in the neighborhood, which will be in just 2 days. Interior foliage wanted $103 to come and look at the tree which they chose and planted, and they wanted my credit card information even before they came. Who pays for a service even before they get it? I guess this is a good place if you don't care about money at all. I paid them about $1500.00, by the way, which is not chicken feed. One other thing, they gave me no information at all about how to care for any of the plants other than to water them. Almost everything comes with a User's Guide, an Owners Manual or How To Care For tips. The plants were only identified on the invoice. I was so disappointed. I'm still trying to save my Weeping Cherry Tree. I paid $395.00 for it. read more

Unprofessional circles with any management or representative. Essentially you purchase over priced plants, and they come once a month to put a cup of water on them for a large fee. They will remove plants for close to a 300 dollar fee. read more

The worst service and don't try to complain because no one cares. The owner who I've reached out to more than once doesn't answer emails or phone calls. We have large plants in our office and the service plan and I still cannot get satisfactory responses to my concerns. There are many other plant services out there, my recommendation is to use someone else. read more
