After browsing the store I asked for assistance and I was taken aback with the rude, "I don't know who would want that" response to me. I tried to look past this comment and continued to chat with the gentleman behind the counter which was difficult. He finally got up from his coffee to check if they had a bag of sheet moss and he brought out a bag that was clearly opened and tapped back closed with packing tape. Continuing to replay the, "who would want that" comment, I decided I didn't want to spend my money in this store. Being indifferent to your customers will not get you any new customers.
