My experience hasn't been good; I haven't noticed any improvement, and the doctor causes me a lot of pain.

I've injured by shoulder and my doctor recommended physical therapy while we wait for the MRI…read moreresults and seek for progressive treatments if needed. I decided to come to Kessler because of their proximity of the location near by my home and the flexible late hours and occasional every other Saturdays opening. During the course of my treatment here, I have been seen by Tova, Scott, Megan, Gabe and Gabby. All are very knowledgeable and friendly. They look that the patients chart to ensure there continuity of the workouts and stretches. I also like how there's some additional stretches and workout provided from time to time. I tried to follow the routines and committed myself to come here at least three times and week for the first month and then twice a week in the subsequent months as my pain gradually subsided and my shoulder's range of motion improved. Overall, I recommend Kessler!

His positive attitude has helped me in the healing process. I met Chandu and I was a bit frustrated and hurting badly. Chandu's words amazed me and I immediately started to feel comfortable. I would refer Chandu to anyone who needs the help. His way with people is unbelievable. Hopefully I will never have any other problems, but if I did, Chandu would be the one that I would go to. This is a clinic for workers, basically. You come in to get physicals and drug tests for jobs and I…read moreguess if you're in a union you get medical care (I saw an older man with a uniform on going in and the doctor said, "Let's see what's wrong with you here.") So, like I said before, I came in for a job to get a physical, skin test, and drug test and the service was stellar. Every nurse was SO sweet and helpful, especially considering I didn't know what to do. Both the doctor and the nurse explained each test they ran and went through all the procedures thoroughly for me. I felt like I was being taken care of rather than pushed through like most clinics I've been to. Also, the office is very clean but a little old. It's not state of the art or anything. It's located at the JFK Hospital but it's tucked away into the woods in the back. It's in Parking lot G, but there is no sign for G. Instead, follow H (leads you into "Family Practice"), which will take you to Occupational Health Services. I had to drive 30 minutes to this place so I'm glad it was worthwhile.

Stay away. I injured my shoulder at work in January of 2015. The first time I went to Occupational…read moreHealth the doctor took an x-Ray and told me that he didn't see anything and it was just a pulled muscle. He gave me a week off from work. I then returned a week later and even thought I told him I was still in pain, he sent me back to work and told me that the pain was all in my head. The day I went back to work I couldn't take the pain and my company sent me back to them. There the same doctor told me that i was fine and it was all in my head and that he did not want to do an MRI because if he found something they would have to treat it.(hmm) I then went to my primary doctor who sent me for an MRI and it showed that I had a partial thickness rotator cuff tear and an impigment on my shoulder. Went back to the doctor and he told me that it is normal to have rotator cuff tears as we age (I am 27). I then asked to speak to the chief who then sent me to an Orthopedic. I've been coming to Occupational Health every month for one year for this injury and every time i come it takes 3 to 4 hours of my day.

After several weeks in a boot for a near grade 3 ankle sprain my doctor prescribed physical therapy…read more. I chose BEST in Middlesex after seeing the excellent care my husband received from Keith for a new developing hip problem . I was assigned to Rachael who was phenomenal with making a plan that focused on my ability to walk on foot without the need for further ankle supports . She was very knowledgeable answering all my frequent questions regarding my foot recovery . While always maintaining their professionalism they managed to add some humor to keep you positive to make sure you see that light at the end of the tunnel . Most importantly they worked as a team helping each other as well as myself in obtaining my goals . It has been a long road with my injury but I have completed my journey with them. Rachael once again provided me with exercises to do at home to maintain the great outcome she helped me achieve . B.E.S.T.is really the best and I will forever be grateful and miss all the new friends I made there .Thanks again to Rachael ,Andrea,Val and Margie for encouraging me to pick up those marbles and praising me when I did.
