This place is phenomenal. I have a lot of back and shoulder issues and have seen other therapists…read more But never like this. Everyone's priority in this place is to make you better and they do. I am in pain and will always be. But these guys have reduced it to a more manageable level and I just keep better. A level I did not think was ever reachable. Your grateful patient, Herve B.

I had the best experience at Turning Point physical therapy…read more My doctor recommended me this place and I never regretted going there. The facility is great; it is big, nice and clean with lots of different equipment. It's easy to make appointments, even for the same week. I have never had to wait for my appointment and was seen right at my appointment time each time that I have been there. Everyone in the office is very friendly and professional. Alex, the physical therapist, is wonderful and definitely knows what he's doing. He did a very thorough job on the first visit and I felt like I was in good hands from that moment on. I liked how he started me off with exercises that were not too intimidating, and then as I progressed he challenged me more and more. I worked with him for a few months and he was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and creative in trying different things to help me heal. Alex spent a lot of time with me one on one and, unlike a few other PT places I've been, I never felt like I was being rushed through. He really made me feel at ease and helped with my back pain so much. I recommend Turning Point to anyone in need of physical therapy services.

This is a clinic for workers, basically. So, like I said before, I came in for a job to get a physical, skin test, and drug test and the service was stellar. Every nurse was SO sweet and helpful, especially considering I didn't know what to do. Both the doctor and the nurse explained each test they ran and went through all the procedures thoroughly for me. I felt like I was being taken care of rather than pushed through like most clinics I've been to. Also, the office is very clean but a little old. It's not state of the art or anything. It's located at the JFK Hospital but it's tucked away into the woods in the back. It's in Parking lot G, but there is no sign for G. Instead, follow H (leads you into "Family Practice"), which will take you to Occupational Health Services. I had to drive 30 minutes to this place so I'm glad it was worthwhile.

Stay away. I injured my shoulder at work in January of 2015. The first time I went to Occupational…read moreHealth the doctor took an x-Ray and told me that he didn't see anything and it was just a pulled muscle. He gave me a week off from work. I then returned a week later and even thought I told him I was still in pain, he sent me back to work and told me that the pain was all in my head. The day I went back to work I couldn't take the pain and my company sent me back to them. There the same doctor told me that i was fine and it was all in my head and that he did not want to do an MRI because if he found something they would have to treat it.(hmm) I then went to my primary doctor who sent me for an MRI and it showed that I had a partial thickness rotator cuff tear and an impigment on my shoulder. Went back to the doctor and he told me that it is normal to have rotator cuff tears as we age (I am 27). I then asked to speak to the chief who then sent me to an Orthopedic. I've been coming to Occupational Health every month for one year for this injury and every time i come it takes 3 to 4 hours of my day.
