Very crappy customer service. Would give 0 stars if I could. The second part of her response was added hours after both of our original comments. :) you don't know how things were handled once I got off the phone with you and where that gift card ended up. I also never called asked for a refund- your staff called me offering to give me a refund in store credit and I simply asked if I could have it in cash since I live out of the state. She told me to call back Monday to speak with the owner who had the ability to do that. Regardless of where I live, I DON'T LIVE IN TENNESSEE. I had never been to your establishment before and never planned on going back bc it's too far of a drive. It's also insane that you posted what town I'm from. Doesn't look great to be posting personal customer info or coming back to add more petty comments to your response. :) have a great day, Kim!

A great big Kudos to the staff at the Dance Academy of Bartlett. They teach dance to children from…read morethe age of 3 all the way up to 18. My granddaughter was enrolled with them. This morning was their recital. The older kids did a ballet using the music and telling the story of the Wizard of Oz. The choreography was sensitive and obviously put together with a great deal of professionalism. Some of the older girls, in my humble opinion, seemed to have attained to a level of professionalism as well. I think that the recital, itself, provided a vision to the younger kids and their parents just to what level, they could attain, if they so chose. Of course, the choreography was appropriately suited for each age group. But I must admitted that my granddaughter stole the show.

The week prior I saw someone working with beads at The Art Center and asked about her project. She was making a dress for a wedding. I asked if she made repairs and did not, but referred me to the Bead Couture. I offered my bracelet to see if she could fix it. I tried many times, with no sustainable success. It was time for a professional or at least someone who has the tools, which she did. I waited while she worked on the bracelet. And in a few short minutes, it was like a got a new piece of jewelry. While It is of no great monetary value, I like it. Take your broken pieces of jewelry and let them fix it or redesign it. There are lovely contemporary pieces that are designed by the owner and there is a large catalog of vintage buttons and other gems that you must check out. I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable charge for the repair. I will be back. Emma Childers

[I'm just reviewing the sweet little playground here in from of the community center.]…read more My daughter took an art class inside the community center and while she was occupied inside, I took my younger children outside to play on the playground. It sure is nothing fancy but that's not exactly necessary to have a good time. I appreciate that the playground is fenced in and separated from the parking lot or road. There are slides and many things to explore and do in this little area for the children. I think the biggest strength for this playground is that it's really great for little children especially. Is this going to be the best, fanciest playground you can visit in town? No. But it's worth a stop if you're in the area! I do think the playground could absolutely use some TLC from the community center to keep it looking it's best.
