After doing my own research over the last few months on Tissot watches and not being able to find more than 1 or 2 in stock at my local Dallas, TX chain jewelry stores, I decided to visit stores in Memphis to seek insight and make a selection based on trying a few on. I came to the store two days in a row and received amazing service that exceeded all expectations of any typical buying ceremony I've ever been part of. Normally when I shop, it's very concise as I buy routine products via necessity. This purchase was quite different and symbolic to me in many ways and I am grateful that Bryan was well knowledgeable of the products. He even wore a Tissot watch the day I made my purchase which solidified my trust and his admiration of the brand I had newly become a fan of. The other personnel and management staff in store were friendly, hospitable and engaging with me and my sister as well, which made the process fun and personable. I was beyond impressed with the service and attitudes as well as selection provided by this store. I can't wait to return to Memphis for another visit and I'm already plotting my next purchase largely because of the experience provided by Bryan and crew. THANKS so much!

They noted that I would arrive before I ever stepped foot in the place, which shows teamwork, care, and communication. When I walked in every associate without a customer greeted me. I popped in and asked to have the battery replaced. $12 and 5 minutes later I was set. Tony, the proprietor, is knowledgeable, expedient, and fair. He diagnosed another watch just by my description of it and quoted a rate to repair for less than anything else I've heard of in the past few months. Whatever your needs, I can't recommend him enough. And yes, it does smell like an old cigar shop (probably because it was an old cigar shop). Does this in anyway speak to the value, professionalism, or quality of it being a jewelry store and watch repair shop? No. Credit where merit earns it. Merit well deserved, at least in my opinion.

I had seen a ring (not the one I ended up buying on Tuesday) in one of the display cases in the lobby of the hotel. A different lady was working then around 4:30 in the afternoon and she was vacuuming when I went to the store to ask about the ring. She was very polite and offered to walk me back down to the display to see the ring. She allowed me to try the ring on but it was too small. She didn't offer any help on possible re-sizing and did not offer to show me anything else I might have liked that was similar.
