Then, the same girl kept complaining about her job and when my daughter asked her for some help with getting paint she said "I don't see why she can't get it herself, like, can she reach it?" Then, she kept giving us warnings as to how many minutes we had left to paint before they closed at 7:45* mind you. If that's not enough, we asked for a high chair and she just kept sweeping and ignored us until we went to go get it (which is not a problem for us to get it but we only had a little bit of time to paint so her getting it for us would've been nice) We love painting and this was my Mother's Day gift and the staff here was just not good at all. There is a huge selection of paint your own pottery, canvas painting and glass fusion, plus they have a pottery wheel! It is so hard to find a pottery wheel around Memphis, but they have one here! My kids love the Kids' Corner (a cozy, out-of-the-way pocket for small children to play cars or dolls or even take a nap on the little sofa) and all of the kids' items for painting, plus even my husband will come in with us because they'll put the game on for him.

Came in today to purchase a couple of items and as she's scanning them, she mis-scanned some items and I brought it up to her. She began getting nasty with me and was rude but I kept persisting. Then she began mumbling to herself while I was still standing in front of her. You'd think that an older woman would be a little wiser and nicer but that wasn't the case here. If she's having a bad day or something then she needs to go sit down and calm down till she can speak to customers without being rude to them.

She then proceeded to just watch me struggle wading through the system as it spammed me and asked about five questions before I could finally scan my one item. I am also giving one star because I have noticed a consistent 25-50% markup compared to online retailer Jerry's Artarama. I will buy all my supplies from Jerry's from now on. The prices are far better and the customer service is far superior. Let this brick and mortar store be swept into the dustpan of history.

I took a class from Adeli and it took forever for me to get the wire wrapping, but she was totally patient and showed me different approaches to making loops.
