This has to be one of the best brunch experiences I have had in a loooooong time. It was recommended by friend while I was in town for the weekend. I was able to snag a last minute reservation for myself and 2 friends online. They have brunch on Saturday and Sunday with different menus and slightly different vibe. You choose between 2 seating times and prepay which includes tax and gratuity for a 2 hour block. The food comes and small plates and they have sooo many items. The staff is efficient and keeps the food and drinkq rolling the entire time. They have a dj and an MC which brought the brunch experience to a whole other level! I wanted to give these folks a solid 3.5.....but let me just set the stage. This is my second time coming here and I will say my second experience years later was not the same as the first. So I would have given 5 stars the first time & then be coming here to lower/change that review if I had done it. Let's start with the customer experience with parking.....the parking attendant yelled at us a number of times "I don't know why yall getting out the car cause I'm not opening doors until 2:15 anyway"....confusion cause our reservation was 2:00pm. He ended up being right though as not only was he the parking attendant but then changed to the person who opened the doors. So pack your patience when it comes to parking and not being let in at your reservation time (even in the rain). Once we were checked in and seated our mimosas did come right out.....and they kept them flowing for the stated hour.....however after 10 or so, I was like it's just mostly orange/mango juice. If we hadn't pregamed before I wouldn't have felt any buzz. The food was all really GOOD although the same parking attendant guy had put on an apron so he seemed to be an owner of some sorts.....let us know from jump that its an event experience and not a restaurant so although the flavor and presentation of the food is good don't expect it to come out piping hot as they are serving it buffet style groups.....if you don't get something or want more you can ask. If you are okay with paying $85 (gratuity included) when tickets purchased to catch a vibe with DJ Che Mack.....then give these folks a try and let me know if your experience is better or about the same as mine. Main food for Sunday Brunch (Fried Chicken, salmon, turkey sausage, grits, greens, deviled eggs, potatoes) and bacon upon request (not pictured) food is served based on party size but you can request more. It's fun, but it's essentially $84 for a plate of food, a couple of mimosas and a DJ. It's also all over in about an hour and a half. We did enjoy what we ate, but I'm not sure I would call it unlimited because everything is brought to your table and you can only eat and drink as much/as quickly as you're served. When you talk about a brunch party Garden Parc was a brunch party. We started with the bottomless mimosas for the first hour and the food was non stop and unlimited. They started with the crab salad, crab cakes, cornbread etc., Then the plated entrees came out family style. We were a party of 33 so we occupied the entire middle section of the restaurant. The food was really good and you can reorder any dish after everyone is served. They had from chicken to salmon, french toast to slamming grits. The choices were plentiful. The DJ knew what her assignment was and she was on the job. The music had everyone on the floor dancing, two stepping or just bouncing to the beat. I love love love the ambiance and service. First off, it is reservation only on Saturday or Sunday. Cost is on average $60+ bucks. But worth it. Parking is free in their lot. It is limited so get there early. Entrance: line will be long at first but they get you in. Decor: on point. I've been to some places that put a bunch of fake flowers in the ceiling and claim to have ambiance and best decor. I just see dust over my head. This spot totally understood. The color combinations, the fixtures and the photo nook, stunning. Food: I went on a Sunday. The first hour mimosas are flowing. And they are not watered down. Then the food starts coming out: fruit, muffins, meats and starches, French toast. Everything was delectable. I enjoyed the deviled eggs and wings. Oh that sweet potato soufflé. The website video does not depict the food, portions and vibe accurately. First, I made a reservation for 7, I had to pay in advance, as well as 20% gratuities were collected at the time of the reservation. Second, reservation was scheduled for 2pm, with a 2 hour maximum seating. As there was a line that formed outside, which it had started to rain, we weren't allowed to enter until 2:15. The 12:00 attendees were still present and the staff didn't allow for cleanup in between the reservations. Small parking lot was full from the 12:00 seating. Under staffed, which meant you had to flag that person down to replenish any food item or drinks. Catfish, salmon was served in small cut up pieces, not as shown, Fried chicken wing portions were plentiful. Shrimp, 5 in a small bowl to accommodate 7 people, as well as other small portioned dishes. Fruit was not enough for our table, mimosas were primarily juice. Service was not good. It appwared that 1 server was assigned to 4 or 5 banquet tables in the area. DJ music was very loud, as you couldn't talk to your friends seated next to you. The icing on the cake was when our server started telling us we had to leave at approxm 3:50, for the next seating, even though we were seated late. I do not recommend this resturant. There was more issues that could fill up a page! At $65/p and 20% upfront gratuity, as I wzs hosting everyone, this was very disappointing for me, as well as my guests. It is also my opinion that this resturant presented itself as being a little rachet, on the day that I attended for a Sunday Brunch! I'm giving a 9.5 only because I needed to stay a little longer . Nahhhh but I enjoyed everything. EVEN TANK WAS IN THE BUILDING(lowkey). However, the food, drinks and the music/entertainment was on point and me and my friends needed all of what was offered. I would say try them out. We went to the 2pm brunch. I have been to the GARDEN PARC 3x (June, August, and October of 2025) and feel that each visit the service lacked a little more. However, I take into consideration each visit included a larger party. The food is delicious, the environment is lovely, and beware--the smaller the party the better bc discrepancies accumulate with more people (lack of utensils, missing items, congested seating). I was invited to Garden Parc with my friends for a perfume exchange, paid over $50 just to learn that they are NOT vegetarian/vegan friendly. Not one meatless meatball, or a pasta salad or a charcuterie board with cut celery, carrots, cucumber and dip. Their WEBSITE says that they have limited vegetarian dishes. I guess that meant a plate of french fries and kale (which kale is NOT easier digestible for everyone, specially me. So I didn't eat much of that). Arrived the outside doesn't represent the inside , the decor was giving island paradise. Plenty of seating for a good meal and good time . 2 restrooms available unisex to eliminate the wait after the drinks. Food kale with smoked turkey seasoned perfectly was a hit i think we ate 3 bowls each. The jerk chicken was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The shrimp , the salmon croquettes, yams corn bread were a table favorite, i didn't partake but they disappeared on arrival . The chicken was golden brown with a nice flavor and crunchy coating. I definitely don't hate the hustle! This is Atlanta! A few points though, they schedule the reservations close together and the dishes and bathrooms aren't clean. The parking is horrible. They offer 1 hr of mimosas but it's mostly juice, they serve family style meals but in a VERY small dish to share. You can ask for more but it will take time and you are only allowed to be there for two hours. The concept is awesome but the price point of $85 is ridiculous. We ended up getting a cheap bottle of champagne for $85 and because we were celebrating a bday we ordered additional drinks. Finally, while dancing ( the DJ is awesome) they threw away the food that we had on the table. We at least wanted to take it to feel we received some of our money's worth. For an $80.00+ "Brunch" experience, Garden Parc in my opinion is definitely not Copeland's. From parking on the street, to waiting on the door to be "unlocked" for my 2:00 reservation in the sun. The breakfast items were sparse with the exception of the French Toast and a few strips of bacon per platter. The Kale was well prepared, the "Mimosas" were terrible. No eggs, or bread items like biscuits or muffins. Great job of selecting pictures, to draw in unsuspecting customers. The team is very accommodating with reservations: they allowed us to change times/dates up to 24 hours before the booking. You also prepay the full amount ahead of time. It's $55/person + tax & gratuity. You have the option to choose 11:00AM; 1:00PM; or 3:00PM for a two hour bottomless brunch, and the first hour includes bottomless mimosas. Parking: There is free parking, but the lot isn't that big! If you're planning to drive yourself, I recommend getting there about 10-15 minutes before your reservation so hopefully you'll be able to find a spot! Food & Drinks: With bottomless options, I expect the food to be meh - but I was thankfully proved wrong! All the food is brought to you. Everything I ate was soooo good. The only thing I didn't like as the sausage. Everything else was delicious. If you really like something, you can request to bring you more, but keep in mind there is so much food. I think. It was mediocre but I ate my entire piece because it was the only thing I could finish. I didn't ask for more. I've had better in Trader Joe's frozen section. This place was so bad I refused to buy a drink because I didn't want to give them one dollar more than I had to. I definitely don't regret it because someone in our party ordered drinks for the table. It tasted like cheap margarita mix. The lights and fans in our section also kept shutting off. I stopped counting at six times. My husband and I would have done better to take a $100 bill and light it on fire. We left hungry in search of somewhere to eat. I'm beyond pissed. The experience was all that from the time Renee came out to greet us, to being seated & to the time they started serving the food. The staff was friendly & accommodating, Antonio made sure our Mimosa's stayed full. All of the food was delicious, dont let the initial portion size fool you, because the food is consistently flowing & they have no problem with bringing you a side dish. They had a variety of meats from Seafood to Pork. The fooooood, I had so many favorites like the Kale Salad, French Toast, the Shrimp & Crab Pasta, the Vegetarian Pasta, the Salmon & the Grits to name a few. this is my second time I went the first time for a friend of mine's birthday brunch so I enjoyed myself the first time the second time I took my husband here for his birthday and we had about five other guests with us for starters they tried to cram us altogether, but the manager came over and brung an extra chair my daughter is vegetarian so they didn't have a lot of stuff for her but they'veput some items together for $83. There was a lady dj who had the tunes going and the vibe were lit! We didn't know that beforehand but we were able to purchase drinks. Our severs were great. We were playing a Bachelorette scavenger hunt and they were great sports. The DJ was doing her thing! We enjoyed most of the food, especially the Asian chicken wings, the seafood salad, and the kale salad. The food comes like every 10 minutes and you can get unlimited amounts which is really cool. Servers were so frantic, they didn't really (and maybe weren't able to) listen to our requests - informing them of an allergy at the table and still being served items with those ingredients, requesting silverware and never getting it, etc. And lastly, mimosas are bottomless for the first hour of the seating. The side of the restaurant we were on stopped getting service about thirty minutes in and, even after asking two waiters, no one came back before the hour ended. In all honesty, based on service, if we hadn't prepaid gratuity, I would not have given as generously because the service didn't warrant it. Things to know: Online, it looks like a buffet but we were served "family style" and with single portion hors d'oeuvres (maybe because of COVID). I pulled up into the free private lot and was happy to see there was a security guard on duty monitoring the lot. Hurry and purchase your tickets early and in advance, because sessions do sell out. Doors do not open early. So, a small line starting to form for our 4-6 o'clock Saturday reservation. Doors promptly opened at 4 pm and we were warmly greeted and seated. The $40 per person reservation gets you all the food you desire. The menu changes. The tip is added to your ticket price. There's an additional fee for cocktails. The 96 score from the Department of Public Health is a plus! The food selections I enjoyed were the fruit platter, crab salad, shrimp, salmon Alfredo, and fried chicken wings. I didn't care for the flatbread pizza. I had to request non- seafood dishes for the birthday girl who doesn't eat seafood which they were happy to do (e.g. salad, meatless Alfredo, fried chicken). Chris and the other wait staff were attentive and accommodating. Overall, the food tasted ok. I don't remember dessert being served. The female DJ was jamming! I would have liked to hear more R&B over the 2020's rap. The flower bomb was da bomb! I like how the food and cocktails are presented. It's a lot of women that go to this experience. The food was pretty good. I liked some food more than others and it seemed like the dishes that I liked were hard to get again. If you don't know on the weekends they offer a variety of dishes and they walk around serving the dishes to you.
