Thankfully our experience with the Lazono team was a complete 180° difference!! The price is unbeatable and the team was clean professional and verryyyy detail oriented. They not only cleaned the windows but even the tracks and all around the frame. They were careful with the screens and so respectful around our family. We were able to go about our day (3 adults a 3 year old and a dog) while they worked hard.

I work as a local Realtor, and we needed a last minute deep clean on my client's home before it sold in Milpitas. I called many house cleaners to see if they could help us out, but unfortunately they were all unavailable. I finally found Ersova's Carpet and House Cleaning service and spoke with Eric. He truly listened to our challenges and he genuinely cared about our situation. Eric went out of his way to get a crew together to do a holiday weekend job for us! His team was prepared to handle every specific cleaning detail including pressure washing the entry & patio, and removing 3-story high cobwebs at the triplex! And Eric's communication was quick and precise throughout the entire process as well! We met our deadlines and everyone was happy. That's what business is all about. I highly recommend the Ersova Team and their solid and professional crew for all your carpet and home cleaning needs in the San Jose/ Milpitas /South Bay areas of California!

After using QC's services for nearly two years, we've decided to move on…read more 1 - Their cleaning materials were too strong and bleachy smelling. 2 - Oftentimes instructions weren't followed or the team would do things that defied cleaning common sense and would create more work for us (like putting trash in recycling bins) 3 - They tried to hike up our cleaning costs with sloppily defined reasons. I will spare the details here, but when I debunked their reasons with hard evidence, they ultimately reneged the higher cost proposal, but didn't apologize. This rubbed me the wrong way and unfortunately, that's when I decided I was done. The cleaning services, besides the smell and odd lack of common sense stuff, were good. If you're in a pinch and don't want to use your brain for recurring services, QC is fine.

I don't usually write reviews, but I want to share my experience with Maxi Clean so others can…read moredecide for themselves if they want to hire this company. I hired Maxi Clean for a deep clean of our 5,200 sq ft home, which we paid $1,900 for. When the lead cleaner arrived, they emphasized that Maxi Clean only does exactly what's written on the work order and that in their own personal business they usually would do more. This was a strange way to start the cleaning and let me know Maxi Clean seems to contract out their work. Three more cleaners arrived and they all finished in about three hours. When they asked us to walk through and check the work, a lot of basic deep-cleaning tasks had been missed. Some we asked them to redo on the spot; others would have taken several more hours to actually complete, meanwhile the crew was clearly trying to get out of our house to get to an appointment (one of them mentioned a doctors appointment) or some other work they had to do. What was left undone or done poorly: * Kitchen cabinet fronts weren't wiped down * The kitchen island still had crumbs on it (many other surfaces like this were untouched) * No furniture was vacuumed until we asked. They even told us they did vacuum but we pointed out there was a lot of cat hair on some chairs. * Shower grout was barely cleaner than when they started * Windows still had smudges, despite windows being on the service list * I was told I had to empty the fridge myself for them to clean it (previous cleaners cleared and cleaned shelf by shelf) * Baseboards still had buildup on them * Cobwebs remained in the kitchen and several bathrooms I emailed Adrian to say we were disappointed and listed these issues. On the follow-up call, rather than addressing the work, I was told I should have stopped the crew before they left and called the office to complain, and I was told it didn't make sense to pay $1,900 without asking them to "do everything." I was asked to submit photo proof of the poor job, and if Adrian agreed the photos showed poor work, he'd send the same cleaners back. I never got an apology -- the takeaway was that the result was somehow my fault. To drive this point home: if I hadn't been home during the cleaning, I couldn't have "stopped" anyone. Performing a proper deep clean is the service I paid for; it isn't the customer's job to supervise the crew and catch what was skipped. When a customer says the work fell short, blaming the customer isn't customer service. Adrian mentioned they do a lot of move-in/move-out cleans, and maybe that's their strength. But based on my experience, I can't recommend Maxi Clean for a deep clean or ongoing maintenance clean of a home you're living in.
