I couldn't be more pleased with the work done at my house by Concrete Chiropractor! Kris Winters,…read morethe owner, is very responsive and quickly answered my phone call and emails. He is extremely knowledgeable and offered me so much valuable advice about the damp basement issue at my house. His pricing is very fair and reasonable. Matt, the master craftsman who actually did the work at my house, was amazing! He went above and beyond my expectations. The job is absolutely perfect. If I could rate this fabulous company 10 stars out of 5, I would. I highly recommend Concrete Chiropractor! (¯`'*.¸(¯`'*.¸(¯`'*.¸F A N T A S T I C¸.*'´¯)¸.*'´¯)¸.*'´¯)

Our driveway was 6 inches lower than our garage and the walkway wasn't lined up to the driveway or patio. After a few outrageously expensive estimates from several companies and a few aggressive sales pitches I came across Concrete Chiropractor. The estimation process was simple as they asked me to take pictures and included a guide on how to do it. They followed up with a phone call and explained the process to me. They then sent me a DocuSign document (contract) and told me they would be in touch to schedule in a few weeks. When the crew showed up they again explained the process and in just a few hours everything was fixed perfectly and the price was fair. In fact they don't haggle or play games just give a fair price for the work.

Updated after business response: When speaking with the…read moregentleman on the phone, he asked me to send him pictures of the work. He never stated that he wanted to come by to provide a more accurate figure. We reviewed what needed to be done, all areas were small & contained thanks to quick identification of the source & water extraction equipment. The pictures I posted in the review were the same pictures I sent to the business owner. An estimate is not a contract, it is a written statement indicating the likely price that will be charged for specified work or repairs. Estimates protect the individual by understanding what they are signing up for when they agree to work with a contractor or business. I can't speak to the quality of their work. However I contacted them for a quote and the gentleman asked for pictures of the areas needing repair. A quote was provided quickly for $5800 (see pictures for work needed). Replacing sheetrock, spackle, sanding, painting, and associated materials / labor). This was related to water damage which was being covered by my home owners insurance. When asked for a written estimate, he stated he doesn't give them unless I am going to guarantee him the work. I've successfully received many written estimates for construction related activities in the last 7 years and expressed my surprise with this statement.

From the sales team to the installation, and customer service, everyone was helpful and responsive. The installation crew and foremen were knowledgeable and kept the team on schedule working into darkness. Clean up was amazing. No debris was left overnight or the next day. Nails were vacuumed, even attic spaces were vacuumed. I can not say enough about Minn!!!! When customer service is no longer valued, she exemplifies what it means to put the customer first. She answered all my questions (no matter how trivial) with respect and kindness. She was extremely responsive dispatching a team (prior to the installation) when I had a ice damming leak She kept us inform throughout the installation process. If I could give them 10 stars I would. GREAT JOB!!

I needed push piers to stabilize my home's foundation, and after getting several quotes, I chose…read moreGroundworks. Their pricing was similar to the competitors, but what set them apart was that they offered unlimited pier depth per section. Other companies had limits--for example, up to 20 feet, then an additional charge per foot after that. I'm glad I went with Groundworks because several of my piers ended up going 90 feet deep across 16 sections. With another company, that could have cost me significantly more. I also had their gutter guard system installed (similar to a French drain, though they claim it's better), along with a vapor barrier and mold treatment. I will say, if you have a serious mold issue, I'd recommend hiring a dedicated mold remediation company instead. I did have an issue with the mold spray, but after calling a couple of times, I was able to speak with a manager who surprisingly took my concerns seriously and resolved the issue. The salesman who came to my house, Randy S., was excellent--very thorough and knowledgeable. He always answered my calls and would text be back in a reasonable timeframe. One thing I didn't like was the same-day discount tactic. They present you with a price, then offer 10% off (or whatever discount they choose) if you sign that day. It puts pressure on you to make a major decision on the spot, which is difficult when you're spending over $50,000. There is a three-day cancellation window, but some people may see the discount as more of a sales tactic than a real benefit. I also want to mention the foreman on the job, Jose G. He was great--he answered all of my questions and even let me watch and learn a little while they were working. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience. Their warranty is transferable, which is a nice bonus, and hopefully I won't have any more issues going forward.

I have the police report. That tells you how bad this 'company' is. On top of that, just look at the pics. Not a straight line, left me to clean up their mess (even came back to tell me they would not clean up), tore up my lawn, broke my underground sprinkler, and damaged my solar system control panel. That's not all, now I can't even open my gate to my backyard, have a huge dip that pools the water where I park my truck, and the asphalt is only like 1-2" when it should be at least 4 and is already cracking. The base? Maybe 2" of soft dirt with a few pieces of rock... when it should be like 5" of almost all gravel. When asking them for only a PARTIAL refund (very fair offer), they refused and now won't respond. Guess who's going to be filing a lawsuit?? Do yourself a favor, let my mistake save you time, money and frustration. Once I get this disaster redone, I'll follow up with a recommendation on a PROFESSIONAL paving company. This is NOT one.
